It slowly closed the distance between himself and the hyuuga. His figure was grotesque, as it was an apparent product of some necromancy with the way it’s limbs were sewn together, and the joints had large stables to connect them. To the Hyūga’s enhanced eyes, the inside would be even more disturbing. His chakra points were disjointed and not at all in the places they should be. He didn’t have a network which was connected in any organic way. It was a miracle he was able to move, let alone live. He kept closing the distance between them. His torso was uncovered, save for a single strap which held his two handed axe close to his back. It’s pants were leather and his boots had steel tips. When he got close enough, he began his attack. A Boulder was thrown at Hideo and his higher altitude.
๑๑๑๑Spotted below, a grotesque figure made its way towards the boy. Zooming in, he felt his stomach churn as his eyes caught clearly what the beast was made of. Whoever he once was, he was not alive. Blinking once as he focused on tenketsu, he raised an eyebrow slightly. He couldn't make sense of the work that had been done, but it seemed rather hastily put together. Then it seemed to reach for a boulder and throw up at him, something he didn't expect to happen. Honestly, he was surprised the thing had the capacity to see until he noticed the thin optik chakra pathways barely making it from the spine. This man had not been one whole man for years based on the degeneration of the skin.
Jumping down off the branch while flowing through a set of four seals as he descended, Hideo threw his hands out and arched forward aiming under him with his palms open as air currents began to circulate rapidly before exploding forth, slowing the boulder down to a stop at first before turning it back as the force of the wind caused it burst into large and small alike shards of shrapnel headed back towards the ground below, as well as intense wind. He hoped the attack would be enough to catch him off guard, but who knows with this thing?

The monster was stunned. Why did it block the attack? Why didn’t it die? The axe came off his back. It was time. With an impossible leap he came into the air. Both hands gripped his axe. He went to swing and cut the boy in half horizontally.
๑๑๑๑With surprising agility, the barely kept together corpse jumped while reaching for the weapon on its back, prompting Hideo to draw the katana on his swiftly as he was met midair with an incoming attack. Swiftly Hideo sprang into action, the speed he'd gained training in the art of Hagane no Shunkan made him a rather deft opponent. Blocking horizontally, the Hyuuga used the momentum from its attack to grind his katana forward as the axe floated just above and across the katana blade. As this occurred, he attempted to strike into the sternum of the body, hopefully reaching to the spine behind if the attack was successful.
Whatever it was, it was not holding back its intent on killing the boy, that much Hideo was well aware of. This wasn't an exercise of any sort, whoever was doing this was out for blood. Wherever the others were currently, he wondered if they too found themselves in similar confrontations. If that was the case, Hideo hoped they were giving it their all and alright whatever their situations might have been. As for Hideo, he was facing his first true opponent on the field, and if someone told him this would be it, he'd have never believed them. The shinobi world was curious indeed.

The creature was parried effortlessly as a blade was then pierced into his side. He managed to turn his body in order for it to miss his spine, but in the process his right shoulder was completely impaled. Furthermore, since he jumped to reach his opponent, as he fell the blade managed to break through the stitching of his arm, causing it to fall off as he came to the ground. However, once he fell to the floor, he merely put the axe upon his back and then placed the arm near his torso. The stitching reformed and he was whole once again. So this kid wasn't going to die to an axe. Interesting. Rocks rose around the opponent as they went to entomb him. If bukijutsu didn't work, then maybe ninjutsu would.

๑๑๑๑Landing in a crouching position, Hideo rose to his full height to find the dead man putting the axe back on his back, Hideo sheathing his own weapon as he did. Then, the completely unexpected happened. Picking up his own arm, the man held it to his side until the body part seemed to graft itself back on. As his eyebrows rose, the revived corpse stood still as if waiting for something. Then it happened rather quickly, rock began to rise around him and entomb him in rapid succession. There wasn't time to begin spinning in place to break the attack, he'd been caught off guard too busy gawking at the sight of the lost limb reattaching as if nothing happened. No, he needed a quicker solution to the problem at hand.
As there was a loud thud and the sound of shifting rock, a small amount of dust kicked up as the rock tomb seemed to find its mark. The forest fell silent, the flapping of bird's wings in the canopy breaking the silence for a moment before things went quite again. The truth was however, Hideo had substituted himself with a chunk of the boulder he'd shattered earlier, a decent sized one his eyes were able to see a couple yards off to his own left near the treeline before the clearing they were in. Weaving through hand seals quickly, mist began to billow into the forest floor rapidly, distorting sound and most importantly vision as well. He needed a moment to think as he was sure what was a couple yards in front of him in the clearing would hopefully take a moment to inspect if his tomb had caught the child.
"His chakra network. It...It lit up like Christmas lights on his right side the moment he reattached his arm. Conventional attacks aren't going to work against him, I'll just tire myself out and he'll keep putting himself back together until I'm defenseless. I need to shut him down from the inside out." Using the treeline he was hidden in, Hideo continued to flank around to the left of the dilapidated body that was his opponent as he threw a kunai to the right, to call its attention in the opposite direction as he came up from behind. As he did, Hideo hopped out of the tree lining in order to land towards his enemy's back, His left leg sliding forward outstretched as he lowered his center of gravity placing his left arm out palm open and up, his right behind him up and palm facing down.
Like a coiled viper the young Hyūga sprung into action, the clearing serving to be wide enough to encompass his complete field of divination. With all the speed he could muster Hideo struck forth with ferocity, he hoped the pin point accurate strikes would land. If they did, he just might be able to shut this thing down for good. He wasn't sure however, its chakra system was so out of whack and poorly reconstructed. However that also served as a positive, it meant he would have to exert less force to shut it down quickly as compared to a live and capable shinobi. Only time would tell.

The creature paused as his attack seemed to succeed. It was over. Nope, apparently not. The mist told him that. His head slowly turned left to right in order to try and see anything. This kid was annoying. When the kunai came over to him, he rose his hand to ward it away. As he did, however, he was powerless to stop the hyuga who came from behind. His chakra points were sealed as Hideo made quick work. Inside of the monster the chakra network's network quickly de-stabilized. He was able to move, but that was only because of the creature's incredible physical prowess. As he turned around he unsheathed his axe in the same movement. He swung the blade horizontally as his left hand joined the grip. He had to end this boy now. Time was running out before his body would shut down.

Horus, Taylor's partner, flew over the area per the boy's instructions. Since the Thunderbird was flying on his own, it was a lot easier for him to move. His keen eyes looked down at everything below the area. He was fifty feet above the ground and still had remarkable sight. As he soared, however, he noticed a boy engaged in a fight with some sort of monster. Since the bird and Taylor also were engaged in a battle of strange phenomenon, maybe this person was also involved? A few flaps of Horus' wings were all he needed to mold handseals. A tornado formed around the strange man, causing the axe swing to collide with it and not the boy. This would allow Hideo the chance he needed to finish his strike.

๑๑๑๑"Two, four, eight, sixteen, thirty two" the Hyuuga thought to himself as he struck at the corpse in front of him. As his final strike landed, he found himself taken aback as although its chakra network began to shut down, it was still able to move enough to attempt to turn and strike. Jumping back reflexively, a burst of chakra surrounded the walking dead as a tornado formed, Hideo's jacket and pants ruffling with the close intense wind. Looking up, it didn't take his eyes long enough to find the culprit, a shinobi bird flying over teeming with chakra. Zooming in he had an idea of who it belonged to, some boy he'd seen during the attacks.
Unsheathing his katana, Hideo twisted his body around to behind his opponent in two twisting motions, swinging blindingly quick in an attempt to decapitate the living corpse as the two attacks clashed leaving it open counter attacks. He didn't know why the shinobi bird had come his way, but he owed it one if nothing less for saving him the extra chakra it would have taken to block the attack. Jumping back to give himself space just in case the beast somehow recovered, the boy wiped the rotten flesh from his blade before producing a small whetstone, kneeling in one fluid motion as he sharpened his blade a bit on each side waiting to see if this...thing could really recover from all of that. He had to make sure it was dead this time.
"It would be kind of a drag if I had to face you again, so unfortunately for both of us I've gotta stay here and make sure you stay down." Hideo said patiently stroking the right side of his blade before turning it on his lap and continuing. His sight was enough to see both what he was seeing and the beast in his field of vision. As calm as he seemed, the young Hyuga was actually somewhat nervous as to what the outcome would be. Only time would tell now if he'd done his job right.

Saiko entered the area and quickly jumped from tree to tree, heading towards the area that was indicated previously. As he was running the boy came across another male who was sitting in front of a creature. Saiko assumed it was like the one that he had faced earlier. 'Is he sharpening his sword?' Saiko thought to himself as he watched the boy from afar. Of course he wasn't able to see that the boy had the byakugan and if he looked in his general direction, Saiko would be spotted. Then again he wasn't actively hiding from the male. Saiko actually jumped from his spot in the tree and headed towards the spot he knew was where the pumpkin's were coming from, nonchalantly walking past the male. There he found a hatch and upon closer inspection he saw it required keys to open it. Saiko pulled his key out of his pocket and placed it into a slot on the door. "Hmm so those creatures are carrying these." He'd say to himself before pulling the key back out. Perhaps he should wait here and see if others had managed to find the keys as well.

The creature was no more. It’s severed limbs dissolved into nothing shortly before the rest of it did. As it finally ended, a bronze key fell gently to the ground. Once Hideo picked it up, he would be aware of the location of the skeleton king.
(Congratulations! Now that you have defeated your baddie, you now have one of the four keys required to proceed. The skeleton king is located in a trap door in the eternal rain forest. Once four keys are used, the doors open and the skeleton king is available to fight. You can either get more keys from working with others or you can collect more pumpkins!)
๑๑๑๑As Hideo remained kneeling still sharpening his blade, he watched the decapitated head fall as the body seemed to dissolve into the afterlife it was perhaps meant for. As it did however, Hideo found himself surprised to watch a bronze skeleton key drop from where the root of its mangled chakra system once was, into the soft grass. Standing from his kneeling position and sheathing his katana, the suna-nin walked towards the key and bent down to pick it up. When he did, he noticed a scroll wrapped around it, the last piece of the map he'd been collecting. Pocketing the key and pulling out the other two pieces, he arranged them in his hands. Grinning as the area came into view, he was happy to see his leads had led him straight to the area where the entrance was.
Following the trail of a boy who came into the area who headed in the same direction, he found him standing at the hatch key in hand. Nodding towards it and pulling out one of his own Hideo muttered, "Get yours from a zombie corpse with the intent to kill too?" Half joking, he was curious as to where this other genin had gotten his. Perhaps he had a similar story.

Darkness overtook the forest. Rustled leaves became the dominant sound which surrounded Tetsuhiko. Laughter then broke out as three women flew through the sky. Each one was on a broom stick, and their attire looked very first settlers European, with their traveling cloaks and their heavy dresses. The three circled around Tetsuhiko until they landed. As soon as they landed, however, they quickly congregated as two of the women, a thin blond girl and a thick brunette, hid behind the third, taller woman with gravity defying red hair.
“Are you sure this one is our Summoner?” The brunette asked. “Yeah, he doesn’t look like a virgin.” The blond added. “Hush now sisters! Just let me do the talking.” The red head snapped as her hands rose to command authority while the other two pestered down. Her arms then folded in front of her as her right index finger to her cheek. “Tell me young man! Are you, perhaps, the one who gathered these pumpkins?” She asked. The brunette was sniffing around while the blond was spinning in place. These three didn’t look ready to attack yet, so there was no reason to be afraid yet.
