Dragonriders of Pern Shop Captain

By order of Chibi and Kay, we are now opening this here 'Character Request Thread'.
"But WTF is that?" you ask? What? You didn't ask?
If you've ever had a character that has a dragonrider / wherhandler parent, sibling, or some other significant role in their life, it can be frustrating to keep them in the NPC light while still maintaining the means of which they effect your character.
Or, maybe you want to play an older dragonrider instead of a new one who obtains their dragon through a hatching.
Basically, we are permanently opening customs where you can request such a character vital to your other character's backstory have a dragon / wher that is actually playable made. Or a character that is too old to be obtained through hatchings.
For example, if you have a candidate in Ghenza who has a rider father, and that father has been playing an active role in their IC life, but you can't play said father because you don't have his dragon OOC -- now you can!
We are accepting requests for the following characters:
- Rider parents. (Please keep in mind that in some Weyrs, children are usually not close to their birth parents if they are riders. Many don't even know them.)
- Handler parents (meaning, wher owners).
- Other such relatives.
- Pretty much anyone vital to the character you would actually like to play as a character themselves.
- Prisoner / prisoner dragons in NI.
- Wingriders in all locations (NI, HR, Telgar, Ghenza).
- Wherhandlers/guards in NI.
The following are unavailable through this:
- Goldriders.
- Blackriders.
- Whiteriders.
- Gold wher riders.
To obtain, just post what you're interested in with a link to the journal or character submission form of the character they're somehow linked to (if any). For example:
I'd like to get Billy Bob's older brother. He's a bluerider. Billy Bob's profile is here: [LINK]
OR
I'd like a High Reaches rider who is 50. His dragon is a green.
These new characters will need to be cleared in this form with an application same as any other. As usual, they don't cost any gold, so don't worry about that.
You may apply for as many as you would like.
