 We are called here today to witness the trial of 2.0 vs The People of Gaia. 2.0 is charged with premediated murder and kicking too much a**. Ladies and Gentlemen of the jury, my client may have a previous record, and has indeed been in jail for random spearing of innocent civillians, but the way in which this murder was commited, I find it very unlikely that 2.0 could have killed this man. The man was found with 40 stab wounds in his head, and his skull crushed in by a trophy with what apeared to be a jackass on top of it. The stab wounds were caused by pen. For all of you who know my client, you know that he is straight to the point, and doesnt beat around a bush with such a complicated death. We plead Not Guilty. We what now? Hush up, or I shall shove a spoon into your spine. crying The prosecution may call its first witness.

The prosecution calls forward Gino Gambino your honor. *Sits* Please state your name for the court. But, you just said it... isnt that a little redundent? SILENCE PATHETIC EARTH WORM BABY! Now state your name!! eek G-Gin- I SAID SILENCE! crying Now then. Where were you on the night in question. Well, me and Whor- I mean Sasha, had just come out of the movie theater. I was calling for my limo on my G Phone, when I see the victim walking into an alley down by the casino. Shortly after, I see 2.0 walk into that very alley holding some sort of large trophy object. And? And I only saw 2.0 leave the alley. When i walked over there to see what might have happened, i found the man dead. Thank you. No further questions, your honor. The Defense may begin cross examination.

Gino, you claim to have seen 2.0, my client, walk into that alley way. However, what time of day was it? Oh... around 11 PM. Oh? So it was night then? Yeah, I suppose... Can you offer an accurate description of the man who followed the victim into the alley? ... Gino. Can you offer an accurate description of the man who followed the victim into the alley? Your honor, the prosecution will call Meredith, bank proprietor, to the stand. *Sits down* Now Meredith, will you please state your name and occupation for the jury. eek Uh! I'm Meredith, I run the 1st National Bank of Gaia. Thank you. *Glares at Gino* *Head Explodes* Meredith, where were you when the crime took place? I was on my way home from the casino. I was visiting Lex there. We are dating. I didn't ask. Yeah... but- I WILL FEAST ON YOUR BONES! gonk Now then, what happened that night. I was leaving the casino, when I saw a man in white walk into the alley way, and shortly afterward I heard a sickening sound... Like a trophey off the skull? Objection! Leading the witness! Prosecution will refrain from leading the witness. stare What happened next...? I saw the man in white come out of the alley in a hurry, and get into a car, and drive off. Was he driving? No someone else was... And what happened next? Well, then i checked on the alley, and found the dead man, and ran to call the police. Thank you. no more questions your honor.

Meredith. You say that you discovered the corpse of the victim, correct? Yes... Did you see Gino Gambino at anytime during the night? Well, no. Hmm... tell me, where did you make thecall for the police. Back at the bank... So you must have had to run past the movie theater? Yes? Then tell me, how is it that you managed to avoid Gino Gambino, who claims to have discovered the body, when he came from the movie theater and would have been directly in your path? ... Hm. Tell me. How did you manage to find time to leave the bank, when you have never been seen out of the bank for any bit gaian event? ... No further questions your honor.

You asked me what I was doing that night? I answered you. heart Objection! Your honor, the witness is clearly a whore! Yeah! Damn straight. I paid her 20$ and look what she did to me! The defense will refrain from pointing out the obvious. THe witness will refrain from lowering our IQ. Grr. Sasha, what happened the night of the crime? Well Gino told me to wait on the sidewalk... crying It was really cold... crying When he came back he told me about 2.0 going into the alley. He then told me to go find the police, which I did! Im good at finding things... especially hard things. Yeah! Damn straight. Sure are. Order! ORDER! The sluttiness of the witness is not at question! Stop interrupting me! *Kills the Judge Bot!!!* -Riot breaks out between everyone.- There will be a recess while a new judge is assigned to the case.

Your witness. Sasha. On the night in question, did you in fact see Gino run to check the alley? Uh. Nope. 3nodding And did you in fact SEE 2.0 at all that night? Oh. I saw him alright. Heh... wink Slut! *Bangs Gavel* Oi! Shut your trap before I shove your head so far up your a**, you'll have to cut holes in your nipples to see! Does the defense have anymore witnesses? If so, please try and make sure that their whoreyness is on the low side. That last one felt like my brain had been downed in oil and then lit on fire. stare Your honor, only one more witness. We call forth Labtech 123. *Sits down, setting a large, blood soaked trophey with a donkey on the top, onto a table. A large card labled A stands in front of it.* 123. What is this? *Points at trophey* That is an object recovered from the defendants home, found in his kitchen. It is a genuine Smackdown vs RAW Game Over 2005 Awards Ceremony Trophey. Profusely covered in blood, and conveinently, fingerprints. The fingerprints match subject Kelly King 2.0, CEO of WWE Twisted Flow. The blood matches that of the victim. No further questions. Eeesh... *At 2.0* You be ********, man. Defense, your witness. Uh, no questions your honor. Ok then. Defense, you may call your first witness.
