GUILD's RULES

- No matter where you are, as long as you are still in Gaia, the Terms of Service still apply.

- It is not required that you only use English in the guild, but it is encouraged. When roleplaying, do state in the title that your thread will be in certain language to prevent confusion.

- Absolutely NO advertising. We have an affiliate sticky for that.

- If you are not a crew member (aka Guild mods), please don't try to settle a fight such as harassment or flaming of another person. Let a mod handle it. It'll save you some trouble.

- All events will be sent through Guild Announcements. So, please remember to have your "Receive Guild Announcements" turn on. Otherwise, you will miss some cool events and chances to obtain some rare Pokémon.

- Please put your thread in the correct forum. Each subforum serves a purpose. If your thread is misplaced, a mod will move it to the right forum. Once or twice is fine, but please don't repeat them too often. Doing so will result a few warnings from mods.

- All images used in this guild are copyrighted, either to Nintendo/Pokémon or the guild's artists. Beside the sprites, please do not take anything else and claim as your own. You WILL be reported for art thefts.

- Crew members (especially VC Toriki) enforce the rules strictly. We show no mercy to violators of either our guild's rules and the ToS.

GAME's RULES

- Cheating is prohibited. It is a very serious offense in this guild. Please be honest with yourself and everyone else about what Pokemon you have and its levels. This guild isn't Stat based. The levels and exp are just added for fun and to make it looks like the original games. Don't be so immature as to lie about what Pokemon you have. It's un-cool and WILL get you in trouble. If you are caught lying about what Pokemon you have, you will be warn. Repeated offense will result in ban.

- NEVER delete posts when you are in a battle with another Trainer. First of all, it's against the rule. Deleting posts when you get a bad number is cheating. If you are caught/reported for deleting posts, you will be warn. We are particularly strict on this offense. 3 strikes and you are out of the guild. We do mean it.

- In the games, you get a reward from the opponent when you defeated them. You may do the same when engaging in a battle with another Trainer. However, such terms must be set beforehand. State clearly the amount bet. Do NOT edit the post after to get out of paying or attempt to get more. It is consider as scamming, and it's a bannable offense both from the Guild and Gaia. All bets should not exceed more than 15,000g. (Why? Because even in the games, the highest you get from beating the Champion - counting down from Isshu - is 15,000 Pokecash. So why should your reward with a Trainer be anymore than 15,000g!?!?)

- When in a battle, always include your Pokemon List in your first post. If you haven't already download a Tektek toolbar or Gaiarch toolbar, download one and use the auto-post format to autopost your Pokemon sprites. If you do not want to download one, save the premade BBcodes into a word document and copy&paste each time. You MUST have your Pokemon List in the post in order to battle. Any challenge without Pokemon being listed can be void by Trainer who were challenged.

- When in a battle, keep your post style to a minimum. If you have pictures of your OCs in your post that are huge, take them out. Huge and long post can create a lot of scrolling, and the result of dice rolled will be hard to view.

EVENTS' RULES

- On Saturday of each week, GYM challenges tournament will be open to Trainers who meet the requirements for that particular GYM. You must register your challenge on the Monday of each week in order to challenge the GYM Leader on Saturday. Although no time is set, the GYM Leader do have to be available (meaning no one else is battling the GYM Leader) in order to battle you. When you have defeated the Trainer, s/he will stamp their badge onto your Trainer ID card. NOTE: Although GYM Leaders, not all Leaders will reward you with a prize when you defeated them. It's all depend on the generosity of the Leader whether or not they should use their own gold to reward you. Yes. The prizes do NOT come from the Guild's bank. It comes from the Trainer's own pocket. Only Guild Events use the bank's money.

- On Sunday of each week, the Championship Tournament will be open to Trainers who have obtained all the badges. You must register your entry on the Tuesday of each week in order to participate in the tournament on Sunday. The rules of the Tournament will be posted in a Sticky in the Pokemon League forum. This forum is only open to public on the day of the Tournament.

- Once in a while, a special event will be held at Aurum Island. In some cases, you'll able to earn gold and items. In other cases, you'll get a chance to win rare Pokemon that we NEVER release in the wild before. Although each rare Pokemon isn't unique (like no more than one exist), we do control on how many of those Pokemon should be capture. So, pay attention to the guild announcements to see when it will be! Don't miss your chance on those Shiny....... I mean, Legendaries! (Well, maybe Shiny Legendaries. xD )
