 Unia sat by the edge of Solarie lands, her paws crossed under her, her nose buried in her tail as she patiently waited. She was waiting for two important males of her life, her Elder and her mate. Today was a special day, something she had spent weeks thinking over and wondering and planning, she couldn't mess this up, because if she did then she could not take the last step towards furthering her bond with her mate. Today was a day that would either make her happier than she had ever been, or make her miserable. Yet, she would follow the result without complaint, for she was loyal to her tribe. She loved her tribe, she loved Elder Conundrum, and she loved being their Shaman. She was loyal to them, and they were tied with her love for Doku. Now, she didn't want to have to choose anymore, she wanted to be able to have both lives.
It had been awhile since Doku had mentioned being life-mates, and Unia couldn't give him an answer. She wanted to, she wanted to be his and have kits and have a family with him. She was his kits step-mother, but now she wanted kits that looked like her and Doku. That didn't mean she didn't love Rei or Demon or Tanis, she loved them all the same, it was just that she wanted to experience having children of her own.
However, she couldn't do so without her Elder's permission. And so, she had asked Elder Conundrum to meet Doku, asking for his permission. Today would show the results of wether or not she could start that family, or if she could take Doku as her life-mate. She didn't want to choose, but she wanted to have both of the worlds she had become so fond of.

 Doku was on his way to Solarie tribe where his mate and her elder awaited his arrival. He had only been there once and that was the day he had mate his cute little gray mate. So from the forest to the desert he went just so he could have her. He wasnt sure what he would have to do to show he wanted her or how this all was going to go down but he was going to try. So he was running through the desert in search of this tribe.

 Conundrum had spent most of the morning gathering his wits and his thoughts and his courage; as his first act as the official Elder of Solarie, this decision was important--but it was also important because of the effects it would have on both Unia and this Doku as well as his Tribe.
There was no more time for dawdling. Shaking his head at himself, the great Elder made his way over to where his Shaman was waiting for him.
"Good morning, Unia," Conundrum greeted with a faint smile. "How are you?"

Unia saw the colors of the rainbow approaching, smiling warmly as she recognized Elder Conundrum. She flicked her tail in greeting, moving herself slightly so she could give the elder a nudge in the side. She was happy to see her elder. The dark vixen bowed her head, tilting it as she scanned the desert for her mate.
"I am well. How about you? How are the kits?" She questioned, flicking her paw against the pendant around her neck. She was proud of where she belonged, Solarie was a strong and accepting tribe, and her elder was suited perfectly for this role. She glanced at her elder, tail flicking once more. She really was happy with her tribe.
Now, if only her mate would come here so they could discuss matters!

Doku had finally crossed the Solarie tribe lines and into the tribes lands. He was starting to become a little excited. More for the fact that he was going to see his mate again than the elder but he had promised he would come meet him.
As he progressed further into the lands he spotted a gray little thing which he knew was his mate and a rainbow colored male. He guessed it was the elder. He approached them and turned his attention to his mate instead of the elder. He kissed Unia lovingly before he turned to the elder. "Hello," He said with a slight bow of his head and keeping Unia by his side.
