Like Mario Hoops 3 on 3 before it, Mario Sports Mix is being developed by Square-Enix, and is getting cameos in playable character form for white mage, black mage, moogle, cactaur and a ninja. There's also footage of a supershot of each character's from one of the sports. Kuuuupo.Luigi's supershot looks awesome.

This actually looks pretty good. And yes, lugi's is pretty awesome. Sucks about the donkey kong voice being the same.

Plus they look OP. yeah the way they show it, its really over powered lookin, maybe they shoudl show some of the shots getting blocked if you even can.

IT could be the lack of contextual use.
I'm sure they were just showing off here.
You probably have to earn them, or just get them as an item or something.

These supers looks pretty damn amazing. This is what I like about Mario when it comes to sports games.
To me, regular sports games are just plain garbage, but with these guys, they always know how to make it enjoyable.
Heh. I wonder what they could have done if Chocobo were playable.
And I think I may just get the game, on account of who the last character in the lineup may be...
