Can you paint with all the colours of the wind in existaaaaaance~

There was no booth.

There was only colour. Massive, horrible, eye-gougingly bright colours. The girl with bone white skin had painted everything around her. The Booth. The Chairs. The floor around the booth, the wall behind it. Everything was rainbows. Paper rainbows hung in streamers from the booth, and if you got too close to the booth you might set a trap that sprung - you guessed it - rainbow streamers at you. This booth is clearly not for the light hearted. In rainbow colours lined in black was the words 'HELP WANTED'. In front of her was a (surprisingly white) sign up sheet, but the words on it was written meticulously in different coloured pens.

"MAKE THE WORLD BRIGHT! Join the Rainbow Ninjas! Boring colours begone! Paint the boring colours and make the world awesome!"

Test #1
Once you sign up, the rainbow haired girl will hand over a boring white something. It can be anything! Even a cow, if you want! Paint the something as brightly and weirdly as you can! If you don't want to do it text wise, Enyo can hand over a weird little monkey for you to colour your own RARMonkey! (These lines are one time use only, and thank you to PALES for letting me use them for this contest! Theft or useage outside of Curio will have appropriate measures taken against the perp.)

Ryan squinted a bit as he looked at the booth. This..... was very.... colorful? He wandered a bit closer, jumping and yelping as suddenly colorful streamers flew at him. Whimpering a bit, the poor boy looked around. His black skin stood out against the eye-blinding colors of the booth around him. Finally, half squinting and protecting his eyes with a raised arm, Ryan made his way to where the table stood, though he barely could make it out in the mishmash of rainbows.

Oh... he got to color! He liked coloring. Sitting down, the boy focused upon the white page. The outline of a puppy sat in the middle of the page and the boy carefully arranged some paints close enough that he could block out most of the blinding colors around him.

Tongue sticking out partly, the bumpy sex toy child went to work, being extra careful to stay inside the lines as he brought the puppy to colored life, though much less rainbow-y and colorful than the booth around him.

With a sigh, he sat back, looking at the page before him. The puppy was a pretty medium brown color with several spots of darker brown spotting it. The eyes were a pretty green, like Ryan's own, and he'd added a nice red collar to the picture. He was proud of it!

Pilot had originally planned to walk straight on past the eye blinding rainbow booth but as he was doing so his eyes where once again drawn to it and, more importantly, the girl manning it. Looking at her he stuttered to a halt… was she pouting sadly? Cursing his weakness for sad people Pilot reluctantly made his was up to the booth and asked for something to colour. The smile he got almost made it worth it.

Taking the monkey he was offered Pilot picked up some of the paints and contemplated the creature in front of him. Normally he would consider it cruel to do what he was about to do… but it was a dream. Shrugging he took all the colours he could find and dumped them over the monkeys head who proceeded to run its hands curiously through the paint, mixing it. Waiting for it to dry which took a surprisingly short time he looked at his monkey which now looked as if it had been given a bad tie dye job.

Eh. He’d tried. Handing it over to the girl again he made his way off. Hopefully his vision would recover from the stall soon.

When the world stopped wavering and wobbling around her, like the way things were seen through a thick shower glass window, Ixchellia was surprised to see that she’d materialised just a hop, a skip and a jump away from the multihued booth she’d been trying to get to after she left the candy one. The marketplace reformed itself around her, items, objects and different sections phasing into existence. Although now she noticed that only the booth and immediate area where she now stood were sharp, vibrant and clear; the rest of the world had a faintly dreamy and blurred quality to it, like when you took a picture with a camera and it was almost in focus, yet just that tiny bit off. Still, this was the booth she’d been trying to get to alright. It looked wonderful! Surely you couldn’t get bored in a place like this. With an eager grin, she did a hop, a skip and a jump, landing right before the booth, uttering a little laugh at nearly losing her balance upon landing.

Admiring the pretty rainbow streamers twisting and fluttering gaily around the stall’s edges, Ixchellia stepped closer to have a better look at them. She reached out to play with the end of one, smiling as it tickled her fingers….All of a sudden there were startling noises, like miniature cannons going off: POP! POP!

Coloured streamers flew at her out of nowhere - Booby trapped! Ixchellia jumped at the small frights, squealing and giggling with surprise. She danced on the spot a little, trying to dodge the streamers and only managing to get all wound up in them, which made her laugh even more. Deciding she liked these paper pretties, she left them where they landed, tying one around her waist like a belt.

Wondering was this stall was for, she looked up to see the words painted on the front of it. “H…h…elp wan…wanted” she read aloud. They wanted help. Ohh, maybe she could help. She loved helping! Looking around for the stall’s owner, it took her a while to spot her as she almost blended in with her environment but when she saw Enyo, Ixi was quite impressed. She looked as much fun as her booth! “Hello, you need help? I help you! How I can help, you just say a word!” the girl asked animatedly, placing her hands on the top of the table and pulling herself up on tip toe to be able to see the other girl better. Ah, there was paper on the table with more writing on it! The owner even used all the coloured pens to write her letters, just like Ixi. This girl had good taste.

Taking a few minutes to decipher the note, when Ixchellia finally understood what was wanted, she was all for it. Bouncing on her tip toes; she looked at where other people had written their names, picked up a coloured pen and signed the sheet as best she could while reaching over a counter that was much too high for her: Ixchellia Song. There, she had signed. Now she looked up expectantly at the owner as the other girl rummaged around and then handed over a plain white… “Mutney!” Ixi loved monkeys. But when she saw this simple little monkey, she bit back a sob and hugged the little critter close to her with teary eyes, earning a startled screech from the monkey. “Poor, poor, mutney! Don’t worry, I help make you pretty and fun again!” Ixi shouted. Yes, she would cure this monkey of horrible boringness and make the world more awesome, yes indeed. Looking around for the tools required for this monumental task, Ixchellia joined in the monkey’s screeching when she saw what they were, although for a different reason: paints, she got to use paints! She would let her imagination go wild.
