I notice that Dinohyumon is a normal but the rest of the Digiline is limited ((this includes the Rookie form)) and i was wondering if it was a mistake or not?

its not like i don't like it, i remember Gw making the whole Kotemon Line limited and i was looking at the list and saw that Dinohyumon wasn't.

Not that he doesn't like it, he's just wondering if that was a problem...
Apparently there have been a lot of issues with the list that we've been having to correct such as digimon appears twice on the list, some digimon not even appearing on the list, and also digimon with the wrong level
ex. SkullSatamon was a normal digimon >.>
It's a valid question and I can't say whether it's meant to be like that or not
@Karan: Tyrannomon isn't a good example since he only recently got a digivolution with the upcoming game...

That seems rather unfortunate but since Zadoc posted before this was changed with knowledge that he could do this shouldn't he be allowed to make his change. If you do manage to find where GW posted this change then I see no problem with it not being allowed because that would mean that the rule was already in place but if it is not found I think the only fair thing to do would be to let him have his art and then change the line after that. That's just my opinion and I'm not trying to be biased I would fight for others rights as well, I'm just trying to be fair and go by the rules that were in place when the decision was made.
