For him you've gotta do something else to determine his stats...
Edit: roll a 10 sided dice and depending on the result you follow that on the chart....

3- rookie

7- Mega
8- Super Ultimate
9- Hybrid (roll again )
10- ? (roll again)
or you can just change it sweatdrop

 I feel this is just the beginning of some elaborate strategy. No matter, I declare attack. Digi-Modify. I play Power Throne  To Increase my own Max HP + Max Mp by 10 and 20. 160+10=170 80+20=100 Burpy: 142/160-> 142/170 HP 80/80->100/100 MP Ocelot: HP 84/120 MP 80/80 Now use Burp Attack! 18x2=36 120-36=84

(Thanks I wasn't sure on that) Go ahead and heal, I'll just have to dish damage out harder. Digi-modify! I play waterleak.  Your HP is decreased by 5 every turn of yours after this turn. Burpy: 152/170 HP 95/100 MP 19 Damage Dealt Ocelot: 101/120 80/80 Effects: Hp -5 every turn, +20 attack Burpy use burp attack once more!
