I'm guessin' it depends on the waiter you get. Some waiters are cool with lettin' things slide, others aren't.

I know most places in town check the IDs thoroughly xD
God, I get pissed off when people look shocked when I buy cigarettes or alcohol.
The last time I bought cigarettes the person was all "I thought you were 13...wow, but you're really 21...I wish I looked as young as you."
That is the youngest anyone has ever guessed on me...It's normally 16 >.>
