@moro, I have no ******** idea what you are talking about with the ice cube.
It's not something that requires any degree of skill or prior knowledge... have her put a small ice cube in her mouth, and do exactly what she would normally do, but occasionally move the ice over her tongue and to the other side... it's all about timing, that quick flicker of cold stimulation contrasting the warmth can be pretty intense
