The government facility is only used to prevent disease from infecting animals. They have to test diseases to understand how to cure them... The same way they use animals and people to test medicines. I am tired of conspiracies because they cause people to lack critical thinking at times. These television shows do it for entertainment and cause mass panic over nothing. I do not see it as wrong to question, but I think it is wrong to jump to conclusions and mislead people...which is pretty damn EVIL. You have to look at things from a skeptical perspective until you find evidence, otherwise what is the point in exploiting something and lying when you do not know for sure just because you are convinced of something in your own mind? People can misjudge anything because they aim something at angle without looking at the whole. It's like saying the that every symbol is the same symbol. Or saying somebody is a freemason because their last name is Shriner or Mason. It's misleading and a bit silly. For example:

How about I create some artistic symbol with an eye. People start claiming it's some conspiracy in the mind of the person drawing it because it looks like Horus. That's the same logic that makes people believe that they symbol on our dollar is Horus when it has nothing to do with Masons or Horus. It was chosen at random for aesthetic reasons.

People are naturally greedy, doesn't mean they won't try and take control of the world.
