Bloodlust Christian Nobody posts here. So Ima use it for it's purpose. When we look at Rika, What do you mean by "Understand Electric Attacks??" Maybe Understands other pokemon. and can use Electric type moves.

Void members are divided into mutiple groups. Then executives are in groups. Then above is the leader.
There are four five leaders representing the 5 regions and the teams they once were.
If Tuna is in the Void. Determine what rank she is. If she is just undercover that would make her a simple grunt.

The void members in Saffron and all over are those men that were there when Aoi + Tuna met.
She can be alone. Most members do that to monitor void members, but nothing against going alone.
