This question is a bit to broad for an acutal poll! So just post your answers on this topic!
I take lots of time discussing these questions with friends and decided the best one was this:
Which character would you most like to see designed as a human?
This can be any character but your own. XD Dont pick your own charries.
Will this be drawn? Maybe, eventually. But right now I have no tablet/scanner/photoshop so it's a no for now.

POKEMORPH GIJINKAs!
Hmmm...
Some of my suggestions, just to keep things lively and interesting.
I wanted to choose characters with unique appearances; otherwise they'd be just like any other person's gijinka/Pokemorph, same as I didn't want to pick characters that were too humanoid, such as Gardevoir. There's no challenge in making them human.
So interesting appearances, and defined personalities were my target. I think I chose some pretty decent ones.
Cress. Crescendo the Milotic of Team Polaris.
He's one of Cherry's characters.
In any case; he's sweet, shy, and being a Milotic, is all around gorgeous.
I think he'd be pretty cool to see in a humanoid form.
Roxanna of Team Darkstar; one of Kitty's characters.
A female Vulpix.
Again; very sweet, and very shy.
If a rainbow and a cloud had a furry love-child; she'd be it. xD
Infernus and Evers.
Together.
I don't give a damn if you said one; you killed 'em off, so let them at least be HAPPY and dead. xD
They have gorgeous colourations and defined, unique personalities.

I'd have to say my favorite charrie so far is PinkySolaris. He just makes me laugh and for some unshakable reason reminds me of Shinigama-sama ffrom Soul Eater. Luff the pink fur ball.

I don't know if anyone but Cys remembers him, but...Zidane. Hard to explain why, but I think he'd make a good pokemorph. I dunno, It's just so easy for me to picture him as this cocky, arrogant...yeah.
Though if we wanna just deal with characters people actually know, Moonfall. We haven't seen much of him, but not only is he rather distinct in appearance, I would love to see his personality get across.
And if we're dealing with non-NPCs, Frost, as a Growlithe before he evolved. He was cuter before he evolved, though he's certainly fluffier now~ Not sure if he counts as an NPC now, but ah well!

Ohhh, yes. Zida(i)ne would make a wonderful pokemorph. Whether it was as a hulking, gargantuan brute who crushes everyone in his path or as a more practiced, methodical killer. A classy man with a taste for blood.
Incultyr would make an interesting morph. Not so much because I see him as a design, but mostly the mind-boggling task of trying to imagine his face, build, clothing... his overall design.
I want to see a Rave morph, too. Preferably a full art. *techno beat*
Chronicler would make a wonderful morph, too. A girl with a pink-purple dress, green hair and a sketchpad just leaning back on a tree, writing and drawing whatever she sees.

I'm going to make another post, because there are some characters I think would be good as Pokemorphs that others mentioned.
Rave, Solaris, and Moonfall.
