~::The Shomonkai Rally::~
~::Junes Rooftop - Overlooking the Downtown Area::~
Having set up their base of operations in the largest shop in town, the megastore Junes, the Nanjou have continuously gained the trust of the common people in Inaba by giving them the ability to protect themselves using the COMP-station Summoning Tools. The COMP allows a normal person the ability to call forth a demon ally to protect them, giving them the strength to defend against the forces of evil...with some risks. However as many have guessed, the Nanjou do not have ambitions that end at just that...
...Tonight, the elite of the Nanjou, the Shomonkai who are most loyal to their cause prepare to demonstrate even further their power and intention to defend the town of Inaba from those who would seek to destroy it. Tonight they gather with the eyes of the town focused on them, atop their headquarters at the Junes Branch Store, with their leader Hei standing at their forefront of their attempt to summon into this world a Divine Protector...
One who will tip the scales of power into their favor.

Standing near the main stage, an android with long blue hair waited. It was not a calm wait, or a patient one, but neither was it antsy or impatient... a being such as her didn't quite feel those kinds of emotion; a wait of a day was the same as a wait of a year in the degree to which she cared, and she was simply there to protect her VIP's and perform her other duties to the best of her rather considerable capabilities. And to keep a watchful eye on the crowd, just in case any of them got a little... well... frisky.

 Koiyomi Izuya the Perfectly Elegant Maid Koiyomi stood next to the main stage opposite of Sapphire. Much like Sapphire her job was to protect, although she was limited to protecting Hei and if the need called for it Duke as well. She right now as meerly observing who was coming out of the way to get here, and who was and wasn't Shomonkai...

 A pale skinned and even paler haired individual stood slightly to the Sapphire his left hand in his pockets. Not many people had been appraised of his previous location besides Hei but sufficed to say wherever Caleb Ito had ended up he was praying and training and nothing else. The cool metal of his COMP pressed tight to the skin of his right wrist. Ilos had expressed his trepidation about this gathering. It seemed like the town was becoming ever more endangered and although a demonstration of the Nanjou strength seemed like a good idea it created a rather large civilian and otherwise target for anyone who wished the people harm. Never the less Caleb stood tall and proud beside his robotic teammate vigilant for any signs of trouble in the crowd.

The silent Shomonkai stood with her comrades, her COMP shining in the dark. She had been rather frustrated with the affairs in the town, and rather annoyed at the way people were acting.
She was glad to finally have a chance to do something again, Hei having been elusive as ever, with Duke busy with his lady-killing.
A notebook in her hand, she stood, waiting for what was about to happen....

 .:'Ghost':."Finally, at least somethings goin' on now." the masked man said to himself, standing atop the Junes building alongside his comrades. He had his gear set-up, as he didn't really feel like revealing his identity to the entire world, at least, just yet. Besides, he found the look to be quite cool, which is partly why he chose to wear it. He scratched the back of his head, his eyes darting around to check on what his comrades were doing, but so far, he didn't spot Hei or Duke anywhere. He had a pistol just resting on its holster on his thigh, and he was holding an M4 Carbine in his hands. He was hiding his COMP underneath his sleeve. If he had to use it, however, he'd be able to pull it out rather quickly. Now, he just had to wait for this whole event to begin.

 Sometimes it was necessary when one was a leader, to address people as they truly were, regardless of what one liked to imagine. To that end, Hei let out a sigh, as he prepared to make his entrance. The citizens of Inaba were a mob; fickle, capable of forgetting the most important sacrifices in a month, and easily swayed by demonstrations. To that end, the leader of the Nanjou was holding a rally today, and it was to show them the faith that had been put upon him by teh citizens of the town up until this point; it was his duty to repay their faith, today. When the dark haired leader of the Nanjou came out onto the rooftop of Junes his gaze didn't drift to the left or right, where he knew the others had gathered. Instead, he made his way straight to the edge of the building, perching himself upon the precipice in the evening so that there would be a bright contrast with the moon, but also to glance down on the town of Inaba, who he was sworn on protecting.
"People of Inaba, tonight you've gathered here, because you felt your prayers have been unanswered, and that we the Nanjou have played you foul, never truly pursuing peace despite in our time here. Tonight I, Hei Nanjou, have come forth in turn to prove to you the fruit of your endeavors, and to show that together we can bring peace to this town, once again!" Hei declared brilliantly, hoping to catch the attention of even those whose attention had been turned away before now, beginning to show them that the Nanjou could be relied on once more. He and Duke Devlin had planned thoroughly for this night, noticing that things had become even more energetic before this time, and that tonight would be an excellent chance to prove they were doing something, so that no one would again doubt their claims. Deep and probing eyes turned back towards the other Shomonkai, and a smile spread thin across his face, telling them to also join in once it had begun. "Those who have COMPs, activate your device! I, too, will not stop this time, but lead you in building a bold new future, if you will but believe in me! Let the restoration of Inaba, begin!" Hei declared, raising his arm as he held a COMP up for the eyes to follow, rather than his hidden device beneath his sleeve, activating it once again as the energy began to swirl, the destruction in Inaba allowing him to use more of the Dark Realm's power than ever before.
The people who had bought his device at this point were then led to raise their arms, the Nanjou who had gathered around wearing distinct orange robes raising their own arms and activating the COMP stations they'd been advertising for some time, the devices which many at this point had been fearful of, or had claimed to be inconvenient or unusuable. Instead as any who placed their faith in the Nanjou raised their arms, the COMP-stations began to light up with the Dark Realm's energy, and Hei's eyes turned towards the others behind him on the rooftop again. Myuute, Caleb, Sapphire and the others were to do so in turn, and when they did the energy would be sufficient for the summoning...for the beginning of their true plans to begin. The same eyes that had been fixated on the crowd a moment ago, with a bid of a forelorn smile, now lifted to the air where a light shown above Inaba and split the darkness of night, a glow forming as two bright wings spread out from the energy they had been gathering, shattering the enormous wealth of demonic energy in the beginning of their demonstration. A hand slowly extended forth then, holding a rose towards the followers who had held faith in the Nanjou some time, and the light began to wane, though in no way subside as the angel Raphiel floated above them, a calming smile present on it's face. The rose which it held clasped tightly between it's fingers twitched, and petals began to fall, a rain of vibrant flower petals falling towards the town below to garness the feelings of the people, and give them a feeling of safeness.
The Nanjou had not brought demons to Inaba, and their faith had not been unrewarded; now an angel flew above the people, present as a guardian to their woes and needs. "Behold, a messenger from the heavens! Raphiel, angel of light, we have come to you asking for your protection! By offering our prayers, the heavens shall protect us from this town's ordeal, and we shall find salvation!" Hei shouted, addressing the people who were left awestruck in their moment of glory. It was risky, but in the end they had managed to gather enough faith to summon this lesser angel, and before the creature could argue Hei would see it to it's end. But for the moment, their faith was empowering Raphiel, and it in return would prove that the Nanjou were gathering people to a just and amiable cause, one which everyone could believe in. "Still, there is darkness that lies in the hearts of some, and this causes our power's weakening! Help we, the Nanjou Group, defeat the darkness that clouds this land, and in return not just this creature, but his master and those above too shall return to our world and offer us protection. Have faith and we, the Nanjou, will guide you to salvation!" The words rolled off his silver tongue easily, though Hei meant nothing short of every word. Raphiel was a great power to grasp, and would help them defeat the evils that beset men in the small town. But in the end, there was much to do, and they would have to call on a much greater power if they wanted to escape this town. To that end, this rally was a declaration, and any force that wished to impose it's rule on this town would soon face an enemy, the faithful Nanjou who would destroy them.

 Jo(Shu) Michieru, the strange SeniorJo(shu) had eventually managed to escape the Tiger, before heading back to Junes. His burns needed treating, and he needed some medical supplies for that. However, as he heard a voice, Jo(shu) was...distracted. At the figure with the wings floating down, he paused. "An....Angel?" he called, standing wide-eyed. It was....a real Angel..... He hadn't expected that, at least. "Nanjou..." he said, thinking. He'd heard a few comments, but didn't think too much on it. After seeing this though..... He started trying to push to the front of the crowd, wanting to see this person for himself. Who.....Who was it that called on the power of these Angels?

Koiyomi Izuya the Perfectly Elegant Maid Koiyomi listened to Master Hei's speech as she switched her COMP on lending her own power out to her master. "Raphael..." She added in her own slight amazement, it had been awhile since she had seen a high power demon summoned lately she had only been assisting in the subduing of lower level demons for new comp users and the Shomonkai hadn't exactly been called into use yet. "Good Job Master Hei..." She whispered to her master looking down at the crowd in awe of the angel. She wasn't surprised at Hei's ability to create such awe this was obviously a well planed event and she may or may not have peeked at a few documents hinting at it.

The pale skinned priest looked up to the sky... Raphael. What a fitting angel to rally the people onto the side of the shomonkai. Raising his arm in sync with his leader and brothers in arms Caleb flipped his station open. His lips, soundless, shaped the words in his heart. "Ilos...it is time." With a click of the button and a flash of light the small blonde angel was summoned forth from the dark realm with his six wings stretch wide and giving off a pale light. The little angel knew what was to come and he looked to Raphael to lead the way.
