After a lantern get's to level 1 and comes out of said lantern, do they still posses the ability to go back into it?
and...
How does a spirit go about 'eating' another lantern? Do they absorb the light through their hands, or do they actually extract the light and consume it like a human would?

Once a spirit has left a lantern it is very hard to force that spirit back since things like to exist. BUT! If their spirit grows weak enough they can go back into their lantern. This is harder to do the more lanturns the spirit absorbs, because they are becoming a more solid entity. The next one is a little harder to answer, but this is my vision- A spirit's active lanturn absorbs all weaker lanterns or is absorbed by stronger active ones. The light from one lantern goes into the stronger one and is then represented on the spirit. I hope I'm making sense

Hakari-chan Oh yeah, i just wanted to make this little announcement.... I know it's a little belated and all, but i got the jist of the offending rp from Pofu that eni and alex had. The reason why we dissaproved of it wasn't the fact that it was shonen ai (though i don't really like it personally, i'm not going to go and tell someone what their sexual orientation is, or what they should rp it as. so yeah, don't be afraid to rp that or anything...) it was the whole 'i've always loved you!' thing. They've hardly known each other that long, and a level one spirit has the maturity of a child. A level three only has the maturity of a 12 year old, tops. I know they might not look like twelve year olds, but please, lets keep the rp to that maturity level for level three's. Now if you manage to get a level four, i'm all for that romantic mumbo jumbo, as the majority of them will be older (with a few exceptions depending on what the theme is.) But yeah, that's all. Oh, and eni and alex, don't think i'm mad or targeting you or anything, i'm just putting this up as a warning for everyone.

SoulEmporium RolePlay Role playing will be optional for this shop. Dormant level 1 and 2 lanturns can be purchased with gaia gold, but to gain higher level dormant and active Lanturns, you must rp. Rolplay will be rewarded with the shop currency known as Geisen. A post can earn from 1 to 3 geisen depending on detail, relevance, and character development. Once geisen are used, they are gone for good and more must be earned before you can purchase another lanturn! Is 3 the highest number of geisen for a single post? Or is that constrained to in shop RP, but not journal entries? Or is this post on the shop front not accurate?

*peers in with a question* I'm a slow rper and tend to reserve posts in Arian's journal and fill them in as I have time. I also rp in the guild so that Arian gets the chance to meet new people
I was wondering though, if I fill up a reserved post after Arian's geisen's been updated can I still earn geisen for it if I put in the date when the post's updated. And the same for group rp - if after the geisen's been updated the group rp's been updated can we still earn geisen for new posts made after that date if we put it in the journal with the date?
*Just wants to be clear about things in her mind 3nodding *

Chegrin: Three is the most you can earn in shop rp's but journal entries can get you more, like five or seven 3nodding
Kaze: If i post that I updated in your journal, then make sure to put any new rp into another post after mine, or else it won't be counted. I can't always remember exactly what I've counted and what I haven't other wise. Editing confuses me! xd

Kind of of random question (and a bit belated) but . . . uh . . .
These spirits were once spirits of something/someone else. They all have past/history etc. etc. I just want to make it clarified - we're the one's that are supposed to come up with the past lives, yes?
I just want to make sure you guys don't have anything in mind for the future. I know some shops have predefined histories for spirits/creatures/whatever that they bring out during RP/quests/etc. etc.
Just want to make sure I can come up with something for Ms. Riyana without stepping on your guys' toys. ^^; *has been bad and neglecting to think about her past for quite some time*

It's not that they were once someone, but rather you will give them a lanturn of somebody else's past life and they will basicly become that person.
So yes, you have to think of a past life, but mainy you must think of who that person was - like a baker or dancer and so on.
I hope that makes sense...
