It has been a few years since the Dead Moon Circus was defeated. It is the last year of high school and Mamoru has returned early to surprise Usagi during the some before school started. Rei has transfered to the same school so everyone could graduate together. This is the time when the Sailor Starlights appeared to fight new villains lead by Sailor Galaxia. But her plans has changed, Galaxia decidied to suck the senshi & tuxedo mask into a vortex so they had to fight in the Sailor Wars.
