On August 30, 2010, a local television in London was broadcasting an episode of Doctor Who, when the program was suddenly taken out of the air. The image flickered, went white and began transmiting a strange pattern, followed by a much more mysterious sound wave that lasted just enough to be heard by at least 100,000 people. The broadcast returned to normal -Signal-This went largely unnoticed by the media, but as expected on these times, it was spread on the Internet quite quickly. Some thought it of a Hoax, some about the TV stations going funny. Scientists regarded it as a normal flux from the sun. Little did they know, perhaps, that something meant to come along with the signal. It is now September 30, a month after the signals. On Aekea, the Hero of the Stars slept on the former Emoticon Hero's house, unaware that the signal was transmited globally, briefly once more, but this time, louder than before. . .

The clerk looked up from her magazine to scan a young man's items. "Gotta get ready early, Halloween is only a single month away," The young man spoke, not actually wanting to receive a response, "By the way, my names Pentigan."
"That'll be 3k sir." The clerk said in a dreary monotone.
"Oh, right." Pentigan said as he rummaged around in his pockets for his wallet. As he pulled out the small leather wallet the security monitor on the wall suddenly blanked out and began emmiting a strange noise. The clerk grabbed the remote and tried to change the channel, it was still occuring. Pentigan silently slipped in a pair of earbuds and donned a pair of black sunglasses. In one swift movement he slid over the counter, removed the television from the power source and neuralised the clerk.
"I was never here, a perfectly normal man purchased this stuff and paid this money," Pentigan said, placing 3.5k gold on the counter, "Then you decided to turn off the TV."
Pentigan strolled from the store quietly and quickly headed towards a perfectly normal-looking house... And in a little over a moment he zoomed off to GIB HQ.

Kiga woke up, got some cereal, opened the fridge, got some milk... poured it on the bowl, ate the breakfast and . . .
"PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF ARGH! " he hacked, spitting the cereal out of his mouth. He looked at the carton just next to him. The milk had expried practically 2 weeks ago.
". . . this happens to me when I go saving the world, tag with that League and forget to buy crap. . ."
The Hero of the Stars glared at the milk, throwing it to the wall. He didn't care about the mess, he would fix up that later. . .as with many of the broken things. . . He sighed, throwing the cereal bowl to a pile of unwashed dishes.
"So. . .what now? It's not like Television is interesting these days. . .I swear, Gaia is made of crap, nothing good happens. I should just return back to Parallel . . .". . .Kiga. . . He blinked, staring at the void. The voice he heard. Sounded so familiar.. He mouthed a word, a simple wonder. Instinctively, he looked up, frowning.
"Ten. . .shi? "

At the HQ everything was busy, very busy. Agents were gathering equipment, scientists were fiddling with computer consoles trying to locate the source of the signal and a few guys in in casual wear were running about carrying large amounts of coffee.
"Any word from our counterparts yet?" Pentigan asked the scientist posted at the ICAAACD (Inter-Continental Anti-Alien Agency Communication Device) "We've got the Central European Alien Bureau, we're getting non-zombine groaning on England... ("Bloody Torchwood..".) We're tracking Asia and Oceana but the line's down to the main base for America, in New York. All of them have got the signal in their area. All we know is that it's coming from somewhere around... Altitude 88, Azumith 190."
Pentigan walked over to a spare console and brought up a phone, he knew what was there, and he knew who to call...
"Get me Kiga..."

(I won't post much, but I'll try to get this started up) The weather outside had began to turn colder as Autumn came to be. A lit cigarette began to burn as the smoke was inhaled into the lungs of Brail, who was leaning on a wall facing the street in front of him. While one hand took the cigarette from his mouth, the other had reached for his sunglasses that hid his face. Taking them off, he rubbed his eyes.
The work he does at HQ began to grow weary on Brail. He was losing sleep or just would not sleep at all. His life revolved around his job and he was very content with this. Though, he often questioned the reason of his home. If he could only put a bed at his work he would never have to leave.
He pushed himself off the wall that was supporting him. A long stretch was satisfying. He turned and began to walk. A barely lit cigarette lays on the ground where he once was. It is the only evidence of his existence.

"Wha? Really? 20k ?! Are you nuts?!"
The White haired hero slammed his fist on the wall, making another crack.
"This place is almost down the groudn and you dare ask for 20k?! Do you even know who you are dealing with? Shesh, if I could, I'd shove you 1Mil on your a** so you would shut up!"
And then, he slammed the phone down. Hushedly, washing the dishes mostly because it was the only way he could disipate his anger, Kiga's pocket began to vibrate. His face looked more irritated, and moved around his vest pockets, tossing down the non-vibing objects: a GJL communicator, a dice, salted peanuts, 1k, salted walnuts. . .
"I hope it isn't that random object I. . ."
His hand found the GiW transmiter. Awkard. The signal from Parallel Gaia didn't reach out this... dimension, did it? They have not been able to do so, and it was one of his notes to do (which after almost a year, he had pretty much dismissed). His head tilted, clicking on the button.
"This is the Hero of the Stars MK-73N5H1. If you are a chick, please leave your phone number and address for a more personal talk. Who am I speaking to?"

"Ah, you're alive. My name is Agent Pentigan, we met during Saikyou. We need you to get down to GIB HQ immediently, do you have a tv? Turn it on to see why we need you here, I will be expecting your arrival."
Pentigan hung up the phone quickly, normally he would have waited between lines for a response but he was feeling on edge.

"Um... no. . .I kind of don't have cable and.." he laughed, looking at the old TV. Damm, that thing was old.
"well, I'm not sure if I... hmm? Hello?
Kiga frowned at how quick he hung up. Pentigan right? Yup, the GiB. He sighed, walking outside the rather shabby home, not even looking back to see if the door was left locked. Taking the 'usual' route, entering a "SRLSY it's totally normal, I swear" kind of building, Kiga pressed some keys on a pad hidden, in a place none would suspect, inside a phone booth. His body slowly was driven downwards into the secretive HQ

Upon entering the GIB Brail headed towards his office. Everybody seemed to be in a big hurry to be somewhere. He hasn't seen this much activity in awhile. Brail was clueless as to what was going on. He always felt that he was never told anything but as long it didn't have much to do with him, he was alright with it. His life had been going by slowly and it seemed to him that his work in the GIB was dwindling down. This thought had been slowly growing on him as he felt almost useless in the GIB now. Sure, every now and then he might have to treat another agent who may have gotten hurt during some type of "experimenting", but that was pretty much it. He entered his office and took a seat in his chair, turning on his multiple computers. Perhaps he should learn what's going on and get involved. He needed something to get him back into the old days; the days that he was happy doing his part in the GIB. He sat back and stretched as his computers finally finished booting up.

Kiga, just have finished descending the shaft, started to call about everyone. He wasn't exactly in a good mood, but..what can you say when the house you live isn't awesome?
"Ok... I get that I might be an official member, but to cut me out like that? What the hell is going on this time? This better be good to drag my a** over your crappy organization. . ."

Pentigan walked up to Kiga.
Kiga, we called you here because something has sent a carrier signal for something... And it came from a certain planet. Altitude 88, Azumith 190. Our version of your home planet... If there is anything that could have come with it, we need to know what it is."

"Shereriah? Kiga frowned, confused. Although he later blinked, then frowned again. A signal from so far the galaxy. "All I can think of is Tenshi. . ."
His face had a small smile come up, though he brushed that and chuckled instead.
"Well, she's coming back. That's good news, ain't it?"

Pentigan looked gravely at Kiga.
"Unfortunatly not, the signal has a secondary effect. It seems that several spirits have actualised themselves, and they all originated from a single graveyard outside Durem. The groundskeeper has a portable tv in his hut. We believe that when the signal intersects with the location of spirits they are forced to actualise, and no spirit likes to actualise unless necesary."

Tanis one of the GIB agents from durem who's been around since the beginning ran up to Pentigan and Kiga. "Sir The spirits are chanting that everyone is gonna pay it seems they are gaining hostile intentions." Tanis was an elf and an always devoted field agent as well as a theorist to help figure out what exactly is going on.
