Natural Ability: Faint is able to tolerate a variety of environments, from scalding hot to freezing cold and everything in between. Environment has little to no effect on him whatsoever. Quote: It appears indifferent to environment and can survive in different atmospheres. - Wikipedia
Personality:
While confined to his humanoid appearance by his skull pin, something far more feral prowls below Faint’s surface. The quick jerk of golden eyes tracking movement, a rumbling growl seemingly unfit for his vocal chords, and a strange aversion to water…
Though alien, Faint is as lethally feline as the big cats he so closely resembles. His thought processes seem to rely on a predatory state of mind, acting on the laws of nature that define his species, such as; protecting and nurturing those that he views to be his “young” (such as his minipets), aggressively defending what he considers his territory (including his domain and the people he cares about), and the careful, calculating act of finding and targeting prey (those meeker citizens who are so easily dominated, especially the ones who physically resemble prey.)
Faint is a solitary breed, seeming closed-off to all but his closest friends. He seems to have a sort of wariness about disclosing personal information that spiked after the death of his father. Even the smallest details are not easily given, especially in public settings.
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy?
Tradition. Both of Faint's older brother's attended Amityville, and he's next in line, even with the whisperings of cruel field trips and using students as fodder. In addition to that, he doesn't know what his FEAR is, and his mother is hoping that a little guidance from the tough staff of Amityville will help him figure it out.
FEAR:

Using his massive claws (in either his natural or student form), Faint channels his fear into his arm to increase the strength of his attack. Flesh tends to be hard to break all the way through at normal speeds, but at the speed from his fear his claws slide through like butter.
Physical Description:
Eye Colour: Golden, with slit pupils
Hair Colour/Style: Ginger, short and sort of styled forward. He also has sideburns and a goatee that match his hair color.
Skin Colour: Light tan with faint tiger striping on his arms, chest, back, and legs (does not need to be visible on his art, but is there in any case). He also has freckles across his cheeks.
Clothing Style/Colours:
Diluted dark-red turtle neck sweater, usually with the sleeves pushed up.
Tight black slacks
Black leather leg armor (think this), perhaps with straps or golden studs or both? This is mostly CC, but they should extend to cover the tops off his feet a bit. Underneathe these he is barefoot.
Loose hanging wide belt with his large skull pin attached. Skull pin can be any style, despite the fact that I depict it in a chibi style.
Hanging loose down his leg from behind the pin is a red scarf that fades to black. This can be whole or torn up, I'd be happy with either.
Feel free to add anything else you think fits. Earrings, rings, tail rings, bracelets. It's fair game.
Extra: Large pointed ears that kind of curl forward. There’s cream-colored fur on the inside of his his ears, and the outer ear is colored like a tiger, orange with black stripes. His tail is very long, and at the end is a large, lion-like, cream-colored poof of fur. The rest of the tail is tiger colored. His nails are long and pointed (think Sabretooth from X-men origins.)

Faint looks pretty good to me. I've only got one question: What would he do if a girl gets a crush on him? Or if a girl asks him out? He's gay, so he's nice to girls to keep them hanging around so no one will get suspicious, but turning too many girls down might be suspicious. So what does he do with that?
I have a suspicion that Faint is going to break some hearts. xD

He might make an excuse, tell her he's got a tigress back home or something. I don't plan on him staying in the closet for long when I get him. I hope to find him a handsome boyo to fawn over.
I'll take a look at her after I have some time to relax. I just got home. XD

The 'weight' you've given the family's transformations is -REALLY SMALL-. The average weight of a bengal tiger (which I assume based on coloration for your boy) is closer to 500 pounds for an adult male. Your weight-range is closer to the size of a female. It -sounds- like you should be varying their weights closer to those of the Indochinese Tiger (which -is- smaller than a Bengal by about the amount you've expressed).
Subnote: I -hope- he doesn't need magic, because Monsters don't have a proficiency at it.
What is the Weakness his Fear has? There's a definite fluctuation in it, but what is the overall one?
Does Faint have a stigma for the type of company he'll keep around him? (Re: He's well dressed/looks good. Does he have this preference for the company he keeps?) Furthermore, where does his sexuality stigma come from? Is it a family thing? It's been expressed there really isn't a 'societal' thing in Halloween town about it, given some races are hermaphroditic (sub question: REACTION TO THESE?), and some just sort of pop out of nowhere.

I'm not really basing the size off of a certain species of tiger, more, what's more likely to be a feasible mass gain when a human shifts. Assuming the average weight of a weretiger is around 200lbs, 150-200lbs seemed to be like an understandable difference in shifting, where as Faint gains a massive 300lbs at a maximum successful shift. I just threw in species to add a little bit of a size reference. I should definitely fix that to be more accurate though.
XD It was just as a note that he wouldn't be like wishing he could use magic or trying to get into a potions class where he would fail miserably.
If the battle system is dice based, as I've heard tell that it might be, his weakness would come if he's rolled to lose mass instead of gain it. There'd be four possibilities for his shift, the lowest being losing mass, then average size, then moderately large, then maximum size, which would be weakest to strongest.
I believe, as far as company goes, he won't be terribly picky about the clothing his friends wear, though he might make comments about how they should try dressing better every once in a blue moon. At the same time, he likely wouldn't be the first to approach someone with poor hygiene and clothes that looked like they were just barely hanging on.
For his sexuality, I'm thinking his father is a bit of a stigma, being that he was never around. He never had a bond with his father or spent time with him doing manly things like being thrust at pretty girls or getting advice on that sort of thing. Other than that, it's more just how he is, ingrained into him.

I think leaving his 'size' up to a dice roll is an effective thing (along with a time-lapse while transforming, perhaps?) for the FEAR. Definitely note a 'LEFT UP TO THE DICE' in there for future-readers.

Can't find much that I really can crit that hasn't been snagged. But I did come across one thing.
As far as his sexuality goes, it is mentioned that he tries to hide this, and that he tends to hang around the ladies more, but what about the guys? How does he react when he does hang around guys? Is he extremely quiet or anti-social? Does he put on a fake smile and pretend there is nothing to worry about?
Along those same lines, what happens when he does find himself attracted to someone? Does he go hide in a dark corner and refuse to see anyone until that "feeling" goes away?
I hope these help you out a little!

When he's hanging around guys he's actually quieter and gruffer than he normally is, especially when it's a guy he's attracted to. Other than that he does just try to be another one of them though, trying not to stand out much or bring attention to himself. He's not flamboyant, he's just a normal guy who happens to like other men.
