Valentine

PostPosted: Fri Sep 24, 2010 2:49 pm

This is an Au based Rp {though I know it's bound to fail} that takes place in Midgar and Shinra has a University type high school attached to the original building. Does that even make sense? I have no idea, but the point of the matter is that everyone lives in a dorm and there are possible roommates. We've got teachers, students and hopefully some mischief. Be kind to each other, you're all my friends and most of all...

Please don't let it die?

This can be crack or proper, I really don't care; it's just for fun anyway and a good way to get some rping done if you're bored enough.

So to start things off, how about we start making a Teacher/Student list? Put in your post what you want to be and I'll add it here eventually. If you're a crew member then feel free to edit yourself in.

Teachers:

Principal: Vincent Valentine*
Dean:
Janitor: Let's do like they do in Japan and clean up after yourselves. *Laughs*
Science: Hojo
Gym: Angeal
History: Sephiroth
Geography:
English: Genesis
Art: Reeve Tuesti
Math:
Language Arts:
Music: Verlucien

*Subject to change

Students:
- Kris Tuesti
- Ichi the Shapeshifter
- Tshuki
- Experiment Kyrii / Reno
-Priceless Collections/ Trina

Just a note, President Shinra still owns everything, only thing is that he has an elite school in this crazy mixed up world.
Any suggestions or input, please feel free to state them in the main thread.

Also, OC's are very much welcome and don't really need a profile, this will be a good way to warm them up if you haven't really developed them yet.

He was currently in the seemingly empty teachers lounge, working on what the curriculum for the week would be. The silver typed away on his laptop, a pen in his mouth as he worked. To be quite honest he was absolutely bored to death, wishing he could do something else instead. "The little shits probably won't pay attention to this anyway..."

Which was bound to aggravate him, he only hoped that they were a decent bunch and didn't give him too much of a hard time. He saved his work and with a sigh he stood, rifling through his pockets and pulling out a cigarette from the pack he secretly nabbed from Hojo's pockets; having seen one of his coats in the lab. He lit said cig and opened a window, taking a drag and exhaling. "This is going to be pure torture..."

~*~*Angeal Hewley*~*~

"Protect your honor, always." -Angeal Hewley

Coffee, coffee; where in the heck was the coffee?

Great. It wasn't over by the coffee maker, as it should be and neither was it in the kitchen's pantry. Just great. Someone moved it again or worse, finished it off and didn't bother to get a replacement. So far that was the fourth time this month, still not half over. Hojo. It just had to be Hojo that was responsible for this.

With a heavy sigh the man decided that he would have to have another word with Valentine about this. It was simply impractical to have to keep buying a new can of coffee every other day.

Defeated by the mysterious coffee consumer, which really had to be Hojo, Angeal returned to the cafeteria's attached room, the teacher's lounge.

A portfolio tucked against his side and under his arm, the raven slipped back into his thoughts. He allowed them to wander to his third period class, the worst behaved of them all, and considered having them run for the entire class period. He would, of course, monitor their status in addition to remind them about the importance of proper and honourable behavior and the likelyhood that the continuous prank pulling would only lead to trouble in their adult lives.

"Morning Sephiroth," he greeted the silver seated at the table, his stride path altering to join the other. "Mind if I join you?"

Honor isn't about making the right choices. It's about dealing with the consequences.”

Sephiroth had been watching the clouds roll by and drifted off into thought, idly smoking his cigarette as he did. He wondered, as he usually did, about the possibility of other worlds and if he'd ever get to see them. He really needed to stop watching the History channel, then again he was always a fan of those types of shows.

It was when he heard someone step into the room that he snapped out of his thoughts and turned to the direction of the sound. A half smile graced his lips as he acknowledged Angeal, taking one more drag from the cigarette before flicking the butt out the window. He held the smoke in before exhaling and seating himself at the desk once again.

The silver opened his laptop and nodded at the question, gesturing for the man to take a seat. "Go right ahead. And a good morning to you as well Angeal... or should I say..." he gave a soft laugh and grinned. "Mr. Hewley?" The silver gave a soft snort and shook his head.

"I swear if they call me Mr. Sephiroth, Mr. Crescent, or Mr. Hojo; I'm going to strangle one of them." He then typed in the password as the dialog box had prompted him to. "I haven't started my classes yet, how have the little hellions been taking to you?"

Skipping classes isn't an easy thing to do. Especially if you are new around the school.
First off, you'd have to know the school's layout almost perfectly, for a good hangout spot so you can chill out, and the short cuts incase you're trying to shake a teacher off your trail. Hiding out in your dorm wouldn't be any good, since a teacher would know where it was anyways. Second, when the teachers are on and off duty, and where they spend their time, so you wouldn't bump into them while wandering around like an aimless jackass (and consequently end up getting sent to the principal's office..). Stuff like that...

Damn good thing that Reno knew the school's layout and the teachers' schedules almost close to perfection. Wasn't that hard after he lurked around for a month a while back, when he first joined. And because of that, he was currently lazing about in an empty classroom, writing and drawing obscenities upon the boards. Earlier he'd skipped out on gym class... Again. Honestly, he didn't know why he bothered attending anyway. It wasn't that hard to run or jump. Or do any of the things he was told to do. And it would bore the red head to pieces.

( Ahaha, shitty starting post. Sorry. Didn't know what to put. .n. )

Just got out of math and boy did it suck. The girl yawned, rubbing her eyes as she left to her locker. Where was it again? Kris frowned as she skimmed the long line of lockers, in search of her own. She couldn't seem to memorize everything yet due to her recent transfer from home schooling. Why was Mr. Tuesti's daughter home schooled? That was unsure, though some might say her father was just over-protective.

KT found her locker and exchanged books from her messenger bag once she was done struggling with her lock to open the damn thing. When she was done, she left her locker open and sat in the bottom of it with ease due to her petite size. She reached into her pocket and turned on an mp3 device, music flowing into earbuds hidden behind her long hair.

Geography class... what an absolute bore. She had to keep from falling asleep at her desk as the teacher droned on and on about the geological complexities near the northern crater; as if she'd ever go there! What made it worse was that she couldn't even chew gum and she was terribly craving its strawberry flavor.

She anxiously watched the clock as it seemed to tick slower than ever as the class neared its end. She was certain she wasn't the only one watching the time in hopes that it would end already. Finally the bell sounded and she was the first one that raced to the door, breezing past everyone else with her things in hand.

Once down the hall and far away from the horrid class she sighed and leaned against one of the walls. She looked at the time again, lunch was still hours away. She managed to find her locker easily as she memorized its place earlier that morning.

When she got there she noted the locker beside hers was open but saw no one in sight. Curiously she peeked in and saw a girl seated at the bottom of it. The pink haired girl crouched down and waved at her to get her attention, a smile on her face as she greeted her.

"So I guess you're my locker neighbor huh?" She giggled and moved to her own locker, turning the lock and opening it, placing her books inside. "My name is Ichi, nice to meet you!"

Zoning out to the rhythmic beats that filled her ears, how relaxing...OMG A HAND! The girl gasped, jolting slightly within the locker. She was quick to calm herself, seeing it attached to a fellow student. "Huh?" Curious eyes blinked in a clueless manner, scanning the pink-haired girl before her.

KT smiled awkwardly back, turning off her music device. "Oh..yeah I guess I am." She climbed out of the locker, shutting it. "Nice to meet you too, Ichi. My name's Kristin, though you can call me KT or Kris." This Ichi girl looked familiar. Yet how could she not? So much pink. Perhaps they shared a class or two? Maybe Kris had seen her around between classes? She couldn't recall.

Tsuki gazed at the slip of paper she was given in the main office as she walked along the corridors. Sighing slightly looking at the sheet for the room number and name of her next instructor.

"Got it!" She said with an accomplished tone in her voice. She then realized what she had let slip from her lips, Once she had noticed the two girls up ahead talking, she slid the strap to her book bag back onto her shoulder and continued to walk her next class. the expression on her face read embarrassed.

((Oh god, I hope they didn't hear that.. I must of come off as a complete bookworm nerd. Way to play it cool on your first day S'ki. . .)) She thought to herself as she slowly walked past her fellow students.
((Uggh, Please don't notice, Please don't notice.)) she plead, Repeating the phrase to her self over and over.
((Hm.. Y'know they both look very smart.. bet they were to into their conversation to even notice.. Yeah!))

She told herself in a lame attempt to make her feel a little better.

After organizing his lesson schedule for the day and tidying up the classroom, Mr. Tuesti decided to spend the remainder of the period in the teacher's lounge. A nice cup of coffee or tea would do his mind good. The brunet swiftly left the room and headed for the lounge.

Upon entering he spotted two of his fellow staff, seated at a table. "Good morning." Reeve smiled warmly at the two. He walked to the coffee maker. Empty? With no coffee canister in sight? What the hell.

Reeve furrowed his brow. Surely there must be tea, right? Oh thank goodness. He thought to himself while finding some in the cabinet, immediately making himself a cup.

As Sephiroth waited for a response from Angeal, Reeve walked in, the silver greeting him with a wave and a "Good morning," of his own. He watched the disappointment on the other man's face as he came to the realization of the lack of coffee. Fortunately, Sephiroth had been in to get his own before Hojo made off with the last of it. "Good to the last drop, eh Tuesti?" he said with a laugh and a wink.

The silver took out another cigarette and lit it; he had been smoking so much these days and briefly thought of quitting. Fat chance of that happening, he mused to himself as he walked over to the open window and took a long drag. "I think it'd be best for us to buy our own bags and stash it somewhere out of reach of the madman, he's like a severe coffee addict. I wouldn't put it past him if he were to inject the s**t," he stated with a laugh, spitting out the window as he took another drag and exhaled.

f there was ever a time her bark was worse than her bite, the a** crack of dawn was most definitely the time the womans furious roar could cause a building to crumble to shards on it's foundation. Miss Orinda did not do mornings, she never had and would most possibly never would learn to cope with them. She had rather be curled up on her big warm bed surrounded by fluffy pillows to rest her head on, and normally ended up on the floor at various hours of the night as she thrashed about in her sleep, than be prancing off to school textbooks in hand like the rest of those prissy fairy teachers pets did. Mind you the young woman was a rather bright minded individual, she was just bull headed and had a bad attitude about many things to boot. It was a wonder that she had made it through her years in school with so few suspensions and write ups and detentions and all those other fun things bad kids like her were subjected to. Still she did always manage to find a way around things of course, luck had been on her side at that aspect.

On this particular morning, she had decided to push said luck and possibly skip her first hour class. Who the hell wanted to listen to some underpaid scholar drone on about fractions and digits and numbers that were too complex for her liking and would do her no particular justice or serve purpose later on in life anyway? Certainly not her. But in the long run that idea drifted away just as soon as it had come. After all, this was the beginning of the school year. So with much protesting and disgruntled growls and complaints, Trina threw back her covers and drug her a** out of bed to get dressed.

She wondered who she would be paired up with in school as she was pulling her uniform on. There were few people that the little firecracker could stand being around, teachers included in that very minuscule lot. But that was just fine because there were even less that could stand her for who she was. They either didn't have the patience to deal with her attitude or sense of humor or they just thought she was a self centered b***h who thought her s**t didn't stink. She didn't think such things of course, she knew it. Sure she wasn't the most perfect person in the world but she could give a rats a** what people thought about her in the end. Nine times out of ten they just liked to point the finger and laugh at others insecurities because they themselves were flawed and had to mock others to get their fix in life. <******** that noise, she thought bitterly.

She strolled down the halls a short time later, her uniform somewhat disheveled and curly hair bouncing in the pig tails she had pinned to the top of her noggin with morbidly cute little skull pins. Liquid gold optics darted towards the room where the teachers were gathered and for one split second, Trina had been tempted to stop in the open door and call out a ever so loving 'Good Morning Mister Sephiroth-Sensei-Sir!' to the intimidating silver. That thought caused her lip to coil upwards in a wicked fashion as she imagined the dark look the advent would cast at her. Hey, it wasn't her fault she found 'scary men' attractive. Snickering to herself, the girl trotted off to her locker so she could throw her notebooks into her bag and carry on with the day.

After a moment of silence, Sephiroth figured that he'd go do something else with his time; having finished the cigarette he was smoking. Angeal wasn't saying much of anything and neither was Reeve as the man simply drank his tea. "Well this is turning into a real sausage-fest..." he said with a smirk, moving to grab his books and folders, putting them into his messenger bag and securing them along with his laptop.

"Not that I mind, but this one is incredibly boring and uneventful..." He yawned, before slipping on his bag. "I don't start till tomorrow so I really have no reason to be here. See you guys around," he stated as he made his way to the door, giving a slight wave to the two before exiting.

The silver walked silently down the hall as several students walked past to get to their next classes. He came across to females that were chatting it up by some lockers, one with brilliant pink hair that made him think of sugary confections. One look at her and he was thinking several other things as well, none of them appropriate in the slightest. "I hope you two ladies are on your way to your class, it would be a shame if you got detention for skipping out..." he said with a smirk and a wink their way before walking off.

In all honesty Sephiroth couldn't care less if they went to their other classes, just as long as they didn't skip his class. Anyone caught skipping his class would have so much homework that by the time they caught up they'd be graduating, even if it did sound a bit far fetched. He'd think of some form of punishment.

The man pushed past a set of double doors and sighed as he looked at his watch, momentarily distracted and not looking where he was going when he bumped into a much smaller and softer object. Books clattered to the floor as well as whomever it was that he bumped into, not recognizing the girl with the pigtails as someone he'd seen before. "My apologies," he amended as he offered his hand to her to help her to her feet, trying very hard to ignore her features as he knelt down to retrieve the discarded books; this school was going to be the death of him.

'I should have stayed in SOLDIER,' he thought to himself momentarily, knowing it was bad enough that these teenagers more than likely had their own hormones running wild, not needing the likes of him to have his own running rampant as well. He discretely glanced at her as he grabbed her bag and books, then handed it to her. Nodding with a smile as he began walking away. "Don't be late for class now," he said with a soft laugh, his back now turned to her.
