Why these notes are so much difficult to hit? please answer

I use to have trouble hitting them perfectly (I don't know why though).
The tempo just keeps changing. The tempo for the first set (GR) is 143 bpm and the tempo for the second set (GY) is 166 bpm, a little bit faster.
EDIT: Anyways, accuracy of hitting notes in Metallica has been reduced to like Aerosmith if not worse.
