I'm not really into the animu-animals stuff, but the pose is certainly better than other stuff you see I'd say. if you were going for realism, which you obviously are not, there would be a lot to critique, starting on some coloration choices, the fur, the lacking mouth.. This way, whatsoever, I have to say that the perspective on the paws looks off and that, however I put it, can't quite figure that eye out. You should experiment around a bit more with your style there, also maybe add a visible mouth? That could enhance it all. Also, the blue lines seem sort of random. The coloration could be a tad less messy as well for what you were aiming for. Keep on practicing!.

=o the only paw that is off is the forepaw held in the air. Its really just cuz I accidentally drew it too thin >.<
The blue is kind of like markings. I usually do a flame design, but decided to try something different for once. I like to experiment with my art ^^U. I have been drawing for four years without lessons. I wish I could get lessons, but I cannot afford it and my high school is crap =/

Practice doesn't really have to do with lessons, I suppose most artists just once started and never stopped creating. And improving. One will never be perfect and always has to try to get better on his own, however that might be.

Also, the back paws. They do look off. That's probably for the coloration decisions, though.
