It definitely needs more work, especially concerning (facial) anatomy, shading and the like. The pose is also far from logical. Basically, you should look at more references and let go of just using base, flat colors for more variation thoroughly to make your work more appealing/realistic.

It'd be better if you opened an own thread for your art and told people to comment other than to seemingly just post in somebody else's thread to get feedback on your own art. In the future, post wishes for feedback in one collective thread for all of your art and not in other people's threads, but do not cease to post in them- with your feedback on their work.
