So...Ive been thinking...
Do we have 4 lungs and 2 stomachs? neutral I mean think about it:
Our top halves have lungs and a stomach. Same goes for our lower half.
Do we have to eat twice as much and breath 4 times as much?
What do you think? question

Most Centaur stories suggest that Centaurs have two stomachs. 3nodding

If Centaurs have two full sets of lungs, it could be an enormous advantage over game while hunting. mrgreen

Hmm... 2 stomachs I'd believe, we probably need that much food to keep a body like ours working razz
But 2 sets of lungs, no. We only have one place to breathe from, after all; But more powerful lungs, now that seems more fitting.

That picture's awesome, and it almost perfectly shows what I was just about to explain. But I'm still going to explain anyway, because I just love hearing my voice. ^^
I would think we would only have 1 set of lungs, and one stomach like in the picture, but I thought the lungs would be in the upper half and they would be twice as big as a humans since there is so much more room without all those other organs.
We would probably have bigger hearts too, since it would take a lot of get blood all over our huge bodies.

I guess having 2 stomachs is fun. And with lungs?.. I'd say we have only 1 set, but it doesn't have to be located in the human part of body... maybe in the horse part? So they'd be bigger biggrin
