Appearance:
Kiwate is black with white short hair and white sideburns that stop just before his chin like muttonchops. His eyes are a shimmery light blue. Kiwate usually wears a sleeveless plaint white tee with a black wrap over the top covering his neck and mouth. As for bottoms he usually wears black cargo pants that appear much like Kensei’s with black boots on his feet. On his hands he wears metal plated gloove and on his ears are two silver peircings on both sides. Kiwate also wears blue google to protect his eyes from gusts, debris, and bight flashing light but they're not so much needed when he hollowfies. He carries his zanpaktou on his back upside down (like Altiar knife in Assassins Creed).

Bio:
Kiwate never did stop moving as a child. His family jumped from place to place during his childhood so that he was affected by all worlds. His parents were from noble decent so the presence was needed quite often while they were together so they got Kiwate a dog at the age of 7. This was all Kiwate had since his older brother had died in some freak accident but Kiwate moved on strongly. Kiwate loved his present and spent every day with him after naming him Tetse. Tetse was a brown mix of a Boxer and a Rottweiler with dark brown eyes and a smooth coat. Tetse and Kiwate played together and did everything imaginable, they played in mud, they rolled on hill and even chased cats a bit. They grew so close that Kiwate sort of even looked a bit like Tetse. Tetse grew with Kiwate up until the age of 16 when tragedy strict. It was a dark night in June, Kiwate and Tetse were in Italy and his parents had left to visit Paris. A plot was formed to remove the heir of the Ikkanzakas; a group of thugs broke in and attack Rio but couldn’t reach him because Tetse protected him faithfully. Rio later got away but lost Tetse and went missing. Because of his disappearance the authorities assumed Kiwate was dead and told his parents such. Kiwate struggled to live but no one believed he was who he said and so Kiwate struggled on remembering the dog that he left to save himself. Kiwate was stricken with guilt and died in an alleyway from heat exhaustion.
After arriving at the soul society Kiwate became close to some other struggling kids who unfortunately died trying to protect each other. Alone again Kiwate walks in the soul society until he ran into the wall of the seretei. A shinigami saw him observing the wall and approached Kiwate. Kiwate asked him what was within the walls and the shinigami told him of the seretei being a group talented individuals who help and protect those in need. Kiwate marveled at the shinigami’s response and vowed to become a shinigami so that he can protect those he cares about.
Though Kiwate's life was somewhat dreary and alone his life at the academy was filled with new faces and great memories. He had found purpose to his teaching and training which helped his goal to protect even harder. This push him so much that Kiwate excelled in class and graduated in two years. Now he awaits placement in the thirteen court guards. After being place Kiwate excelled too fast and caught the attention of many captains who later banished Kiwate. Kiwate was driven into confusion and rage after being banished that so wildly attracted many hollows which became his catalyst into the hollowifacation. After defeating the hollow Kiwate’s rage overloaded his brain and he blacked out. He later awoke with the Vizards who explain this phenomenon and that’s where Kiwate’s been ever since.

Small story behind your Hollifacation: When Kiwate first tried controlling the hollowifacation process he couldn’t draw his mask across his face so instead when he hollowfies he holds a clinched fist in front of his face concentrating on the spot on his face behind the fist and the flicks out his fingers the spread his mask in a flash of blue and white.

Zanpakuto Name: Musei Kaze

Zanpakuto Seal Appearance: its blade length is about a foot with a white hilt and a 6 inch handle wrapped in blue and black.

Zanpakuto Spirit: Musei Kaze has the appearance of a 35 year old man with short blond cut hair and blue eyes. He is 6 foot 7 inches. He wears a white cloak from shoulders down with white pants underneath so basically a monk outfit. (Summing it up the Kingdom Hearts 2’s Luxord in a white organization outfit)

Shikai Release: "Winding wind cloak me with your veil, fade Musei Kaze."

Shikai Appearance: Kiwate’s shikai is a black doubled ended scythe with the blades facing opposite ways on each end. The total length of Kiwate’s shikai is 6 foot from the floor up. In the center of the shikai is a parting piece that allows Kai to part his shikai into two pieces. Inside the shaft holds a highly conductive ten foot chain that connects the two pieces of the shikai and gather electricity from the air.

Shikai full description: (In case your blade does anything special like act as a whip or stuff like that)

Shikai Ability 1: Inpei Fukumen(Hiding Veil)- Kiwate and whoever else hold onto Musei Kaze or something that is holding onto Musei Kaze wisps away and become invisible to the naked eye. This process takes a roughly 2 to 3 seconds and lasts for about 3 posts.

Shikai Ability 2: Kaze Setsudanki(Air Cutter)- Kai swings his shikai releasing a gust or piercing sharp wind to cut almost any object

Shikai Ability 3: Kaeri(Return)-After being thrown or separated from Musei Kaze Kiwate’s shikai can return back to his hand just at command. This process can happen within a blink of an eye.

Bankai Release: "Become the Wind, Bankai, Musei Kaze Arashi"

Bankai Appearance: Kai's sheath and sword break away in the wind and become completely unseen. While in bankai Kai's zanpaktou are lightning shirikens that he can pull right out thin air. There isn't a specific size but small one take less energy than big ones. Before each "pull" there's always a quick half a second flash to show the pressurization of the air into lightning. These shuriken can also cause paralysis for 2 to 3 minutes. (Three posts)There is no limit to how many can be pulled but there is a time limit on how long they last. Kai throws one and it hits a target and stays there for about 15 minutes before fading back into the wind. Since being made of wind Kai can also alter its course in the air before it hits and fades away.

Bankai Ability 1: Tensoku (Rule of Heaven) - Kai sends a barrage of shuriken at a foe in a violent crash.

Bankai Ability 2: Tsuiraku Denpa(Crashing Wave)- Kai spikes his reaistu sending a shockwave into the ground going for about half a mile entrapping those caught in a field of lighting.

Bankai Ability 3: Oiuchi Hantei (Final Judgment) - Clouds above the battlefield swirl to form giant swirling shirukens. From the center hole of the shirikens glows a bright light that releases a beam of lightning demolishing anything under it and leaving a crate 15 foot deep. After this attack Kai zanpaktou is automatically returns to its shikai form so it can recharge which takes 10 posts.

Kidou: (A Kidou list will be made soon then you can pick your Kidou)

Hollow mask: Kiwate’s hollow mask is slick without many grooves or slots over the mouth or forehead. His mask also covers his ears because the thunder that follows the lightning can get pretty loud. Across his eyes are vertical slots on a visor like shades almost; this part of the mask is connected to the pieces over the ears so this visor part can raise and lower just like a knight’s helm in the middle ages. Blue thin lines mark the mask from the lower part of the visor about at the middle on the eye to down beyond the chin.

Inner hollow appearance: Other than having the mask and being covered by white “hollow skin” with white hakamas, Kiwate’s inner hollow wear a tattered light blue cloak and his visor his a bit different in that it has “fangs” the come down on the visor covering wear the blue lines would be. Another difference is that on the back of his mask at the beginning of the neck is a long ponytail that resembles a long scaly tail in blue and white.

Agility

Dashing: A most basic technique that allows the user to throw him/herself to a certain direction using a certain angle of which way the stance is directed and executed. Based on an individual's attributes, dashing can be quite a moderately fast move instead of running. Also depending on the distance, dashing can be quite useful if in closer range to the opponent. This technique is basically for all ranks.

Shunpo (Flash-Step): A movement technique that allows the user to move faster than the eye can follow. This technique requires a very high level of training, thus a most difficult one to obtain. One, who is of a high lieutenant ranking, must be able to possess Shunpo. Furthermore, it is a most fearsome mid-range/long-range speed known to be the exceeding ability than dashing. All in all, this ability can only be used by lieutenants and captains. For lieutenants it is nearly mastered, yet not perfected. Therefore, it is only of mid-range level 1. For captains Shunpo is of a level 2 maximum ability in which it is fully perfected for both mid-range and long-range.

Air Walk: Another skill, though not necessarily related, is the Soul Reaper ability to walk on air using spiritual energy. By collecting and solidifying spiritual particles beneath their feet, Soul Reapers can gain traction on thin air to either freely move about or to stop themselves from falling. This particular ability can only be obtained from officer level. Furthermore, it cannot necessarily be used every so often, especially for officers. It is an ability that can only be temporarily used but cannot last for a very long period of time. However, for lieutenants, they can stay on air for quite a bit longer and for captains, it can be held for quite a long while considering the great amount of riatsu within a captain ranking individual.

Senka (Flash Blossom): Although Shunpo is connected with this ability, this technique possess a unique name and style of its own. This technique is known as Senka (闪花, Flash Blossom), a flash step combined with a spin to quickly move behind the enemy, followed by a strike aimed to destroy the saketsu chain and the hakusui soul sleep with a combination of two quick thrusts. This technique is one of the two, that Youruichi developed mixing Shunpo to complete its ability. Furthermore, only certain individuals, of high ranking captain level can possess such an ability.

Utsusemi: This is one of the two that Youruichi developed as well. It is the 4 ways of the Shihou through Shunpo which is also known as "Utsusemi". Its ability is a speed known to be so fast that the user leaves an afterimage of him/her. Its affect is most absolute, superb, and flawless if ever fully perfected. And to be more specific, Utsusemi's speed is so fast, that the enemy can practically feel and touch the physical body of the afterimage and not even know the very fact that it is nothing more but an afterimage. Its very image can easily deceive the eyes of the enemy. This technique is very rare, thus few captains are able to possess such a flawless ability. Furthermore it is most lethal when combining Senka after Utsusemi is executed.
