Personality: Although hating the ways his clan was built. He has great pride in being a Hyuuga. He has no doubt in his clans abilities and is proud of them.
Rai is not very sensitive to others and doesn’t understand why people don’t take action. He likes helping people but gets fed up with them quick and usually blows up on them if they don’t even try to help themselves.
He is always looking for the “Right thing” to do and will stop at nothing to do what is right to him, morally.
He is a big thinker and is always trying to find the best ways to solve things. He loves strategy games. But when it comes to fighting he usually just likes to jump on into the action and beat everyone else to a pulp, having to think right there on the spot, rather than taking a half hour to figure out the best way to beat someone. He likes trail and error, because he never gives up until he finds a way to win, even if it kills him.

╫Background Information╫
~Pre-AS
Rai was born into the Main Branch Family of the Hyuuga clan. He was treated well and always got what he wanted pretty much. Even played with anyone he wanted. At the age of 7 he had a best friend that was not a Main Branch Family member. Rai and the other boy would wrestle and play fight all the time. One day the child disappeared. No one would tell Rai why the boy was gone. This made Rai very sad until he over heard some adults talking about how the boy was actually cast out and killed… Using Byakugan and wrestling with Rai was forbidden. The seal the clan used was used on Rai’s friend until his mind was destroyed.
Overhearing this Rai burst into tears and ran away. He ran and ran and ran until he couldn’t go any further. He would pass out next to a river to drink water and rest. Then get up the next morning and keep running. Rai hated what had happened to his friend. He didn’t hate his clan, he loved his family. He just hated how things were ran, and if they were going to do things like that, then Rai didn’t want to be a part of it.
A week went by and all Rai had put into his system was water, no food. The young boy couldn’t go much further. Finally, passing out from exhaustion, the boy fell. His knees hit the sand and his face landed not far after.
Upon awaking, Rai found he was in a hospital. Trying to get out of bed a nurse stopped him. He was about to ask where he was when he notices the Sand Village’s logo on her Ninja Headband. Rai smiles a little at how far he had made it. He laid back down to recover.
After recovering the boy enrolled in the Ninja academy there. But being know as “that’s they boy who was found in the sand!” No one really asked him where he was from. And Rai never told anyone. He was sure higher Ninja’s would recognize his Hyuuga eyes, but no one ever reported him to the leaf and no one really bothered him about it. He made some friends and graduated the ninja academy becoming a Registered student at the Academy. This is when everyone started noticing him.. for when he registered, he had to sign his full name. He looked down at the paper as he signed his name.

He was a young and excited AS, especially when the Kazekage, at the time, told him she might need his help in what could have been a revolution. Luckily one did not occur and he wasn’t needed as there was now a very trustworthy Kazekage that most everyone was happy with. Even though the Revolution didn’t happen, it still made Rai feel excited that the Kazekage had come to him and trusted him with such important things, and in this, he proved his devotion to the village, and the Kazekage.

Tsume grew up very close to his clan. He always trained to become a better shinobi, always trying to better his skills with his dog and friend, Kuroi. He never wanted to go far into being a Shinobi, But one day he realized that he wanted to become the strongest jounin that he could be come. No matter what he always looks out for his friends and will do whatever it takes to protect them. So far his best friend is his puppy Kuroi who he loves and will always cherish. He wants to become stronger among his clan and wants them to revere him as the strongest in the clan. That gets him into a lot of trouble with the other children with his clan, but he always keeps his head held high and wont let anyone get in the way of his dream. He’s always training vigorously everyday, constantly pushing his body to new heights.

Rai entered the Arena looking around at the area. Trees, dirt and patches of grass everywhere. Seeing the other person he smiled knowing this must be his opponent. Walking up to him still keeping a good 10 feet from each other he got down into his Juuken stance moving his right hand and arm out in front of him and cocked his other arm to the side. He stretched out his right leg placing it in front slightly turning his left foot to the side like he had with his left hand. He saw the marks down the boys cheek, the mark of the Inuzuka clan. "Ready when you are.. Inuzuka, Byakugan!"

Tsume walked out into the field Kuroi was right next to him. He knelt down and patted him on the head "don't worry boy as long as we give it our best I won't care if we win or lose." Tsume stood up and looked down the field and saw the boy Rai Hyuuga..... Great first problem he is a hyuuga second he probley has his byuukauagn so me and Kuroi well have to keep or distance if that is even possible. " well I guess it is about that time to nut up or shut up." Tsume jumped back into the trees hidden in the leafs of the tree he did his jutsu " Doton Bunshin No Jutsu" His clone shot from the trees and ran at the boy Kuroi right beside the clone he knew he had to let the boy think it was his master beside himand not hidden.

Rai Yasukazu Hyuuga Rai's Byakugan saw it all. But he wasn’t sure he'd let Tsume know that yet. However Rai HAD seen it. Not only was the Byakugan a 360degree vision. It also allowed him to see chakra at a very high extent. Along with the chakra network in someone. He saw Tsume jump into the tree with Kuroi. And next thing he knew there were 2 Tsumes. One in the tree hiding, and one running towards him with the dog.
Even someone without Byakugan would know this was a clone. Why else would someone jump into a tree just so that a moment later they jump back down to run at someone for an attack? Rookie move. However he'd let Tsume have his fun.
As the clone ran at him Rai jumped over the clone and the dog landing behind them leaving his back wide open to the real Tsume. "To slow pups" Rai really wasn’t moving that fast, just enough o barely get around them in time. He didn’t want Tsume seeing his real speed yet. Not only was he naturally fast but he already moved at the speed of a Chuunin. Not only that, he had trained vigorously and was one of the few very quick minded, countering was his specialty. And this was all previous to gaining his Byakugan. Now, getting up and close with this Young Genin was nothing but a death trap less you could outsmart him, which was rare sense his Byakugan kept him from being Visually fooled most of the time, or out maneuver him.. Good luck if you weren’t a very advanced Chuunin or a Jounnin or some sort. Genin (Sand)

Tsume's clone quickly sent a kick to Rai's face and Kuroi went for his ankles. The real Tsume looked out from the tree and kept on edge he didn't want to let his guard.

Rai bent back avoiding the blow to the face. His head was back, looking into the sky, any normal person wouldn’t be able to see the dog readying to bite at his ankle, but Rai could see it.
As he bent back avoiding the blow he waited till the last second to kick up his right foot to kick the dog away and flip in the process. If this worked he would have avoided both blows and knocked the dog away all in the same move, still leaving his back to the tree where the real Tsume hid, and he would now be closer to the real Tsume.

Tsume saw how Rai dodged both of the attacks he eyes went wide... what is up with that he dodges pretty good.. Tsume saw that Kuroi was about to be hit by Rai's attack Tsume's clone dove and covered Kuroi so that he would take the hit.Tsume clone took the the hit but because the earth clone was so strong it could only take one more hit before it would disappear it was sent flying 10 ft. away it got up and looked at Rai it was beginning to crumble but it could still move. The clone got up and looked at Kuroi the dog barked showing it was ok.

Rai smiled, the real Tsume had to know Rai knew it was a Clone NOW, no hiding it. But why not play dumb? Outsmart the other oponent. "What!? A clone? Damnit! Well where are you then! Stop hiding and fight me!..No? Fine! Bunshin no jutsu!" A poof of smoke covered Rai slowly moving away to reveal 3 Rai's now. But which Rai was the real one? Thats what the Real Tsume must be thinking.. All 3 took Juuken stance all facing a different way triangle formation, the real Rai still facing the clone and dog. Bunshin no jutsu Rank E Chakra:

Tsume dropped down from the tee there was no hiding it now his opponent now knew he was facing a clone... Damn I was hoping I would be able figure out more of the Byakugan's power, but now there is no more waiting in the shadows Tsume whistled to Kuroi his dog quickly ran to his side... Ok three clones on of them is the real one the others are fake guess I might as well just give hime hell while I am at it Tsume ran towards Rai and his clones and Tsume's clone ran to them as well Tsume's clone got there first and through a flying kick to the clone on the Rai on the left side of the triangle both it and Tsume had no idea where the real Rai was so they were pretty much attacking blind. The real Tsume and jumped diagonal to the one on the tip of there triangle stance and the right one Kuroi right next to him Kuroi turned into a clone of Tsume and they were just in range for their ultimate attack " Gatsuga!" They started tearing there way to the two Rai's
( Im a 2 man ream so this attack ( Gatsuga's is 2x as strong))

(( Next time you should pay attention to where your dog is. Its next to the clone. I am between your clone and you. So your dog has to run right past me, i'll let it happen this time but i wont next time, oh also, i only have 2 clones, not 3 " Ok three clones on of them is the real one the others are fake guess I might as well just give hime hell while I am at it" )) Rai let the dog run by him. As the Clone ran and kicked mid air to attack the clone to Rai's left. The left clone ducked under the kick swinging his hand up as if to hit the Clone in the leg but stopped right before contact, meanwhile the real Rai swung to the left realling hitting the Clone in the face and the Right clone dashed over stopping its fist right before contact. This was all to keep the real Tsume from knowing which Rai was the real one, would he be able to tell the split second differences in the attacks and be able to tell which one would destroy the clone sense it had been midair and had no chance of dodging.
As the clone crumbled to the ground the real Tsume and his dog came flying at them with Gatsuga. Luckily Rai had seen them coming the whole way. It didnt matter what angle Tsume attacked from, Rai would see it as if he was looking at him from every angle. Tsume had no more of a chance of trying to catch him from the back or sides than he did from the front.
As the two came slashing at Rai Rai knew he couldnt counter or deflect the attack, he had nothing that would let him do that. However he could make things more difficult. Rai through down a smoke bomb dashing away instanly to dodge the attack. He quickly ran around Tsume in circles at he still burrowed into the ground with his relentless attack. while at the same time Rai sent his clones behind 2 different tree's to hide.

Tsume's Gatsuga kept going until the hit the wall Tsume and Kuroi stood and and looked they were covered in a veil of smoke they couldn't see, but then Tsume's clan's other ability kicked in he closed his eyes and focused he could here running foot steps going around him but there was only one pair of them....Did me and my clones attack get ride of the fakes most likely. Tsume stood still listening to the foot steps waiting for Rai to attack him

Rai ran around Tsume circling him fast. Instead of going in to attack Rai quickly through 2 shuriken at him to hopefully hit him in the mid chest. If Tsume dodged Rai would bolt in at him the moment Tsume went to move, depending on HOW he dodged would depend on how Rai attacked next.
If he simply shifted his movements to the side Rai would jump in, sure Tsume could hear where he was at, but could he tell where the attacks where coming at. Rai would Slam both hands, fingertips out into Tsume's right arm sending such emense pain through his arm he wouldnt be able to move it.
If he flipped into the air Rai would run under him and Hit him in the stomach with both hands. One right bellow his lungs and one at his mid stomach. Which would cause Tsume to double over from the pain to his stomach.
If he ducked Rai would run and flip over him. Mid air Rai would Strike each shoulder, one with each hand. then land behind him.
If Tsume did not dodge he would be struck by the 2 shuriken in the chest. Rai would then Rai would then run up Striking him low in his legs to render the useless. (Juuken Stage 3 - any limbs that are are struck correctly cannot be used for two posts due to the sheer pain it causes)
