Hey everybodeh. The family computer sucks and I'm usually asleep by now anyways but today I don't care because I F'in miss gaia and BRAAAADDDDDDDD I WANT TO VISIT YOU IN RL B/C YOU'D s**t YOURSELF AT HOW TODDLER-ISH GRACE ACTS NOW!!!!!!!
Anyways...I'm getting a laptop on August 18th and hopefully it will be a decent model (I get it through UOIT, cause my university hates me and wants to make me pay for stupid s**t like an included laptop and gym membership). At which point I may be able to navigate faster and might come online more often, who knows.
So ya, besides that, I am (obviously) going to University starting September 8th, attending the collaborative nursing program...soooo effin excited.
Grace is doing fantastic, she's sooo much fun!!! 14 months old now and getting cuter every day. (I'll have to post pics soon, prob when i have my laptop.)
Jake is actually living 15 min drive from my house now so Grace and I visit him and his roomate every weekend...things are actually looking so up that I agreed to get back together with him as long as things keep progressing in a positive direction.
So long story short - I love my life right now, things are looking up for Grace (livin at home, building a good future), and for me ( enjoying Grace, don't have to worry too much about finance, back together with Jake, graduated highschool), and for Jake (Sees Grace every weekend, got me back, goin back to school sept cool , and my fam (parents are happy im stayin, bro finally got laid after 2 1/2 years lmfao) and for YOU GUYS cause you might have me back in FAT Polls!!! <33

WOOO. Ever get that feeling like you're so on top of everything that you're afraid it's all gonna crash down? This is me trying to ignore it smile

I'm glad things are going well for you. 3nodding

It's the opposite for me. xD But I will also be starting school soon... I mean I set everything up and all and have my classes chosen. But I'm worried about money problems so I'm not sure if I should go through with it.

Do the States have student loans? They must.
You should definitely go through with it because in the end an education will only help you financially.
I guess I can't really talk though...I've kind of been set up for awesomeness when it comes to financing my education (Not that I wont have to work full time in the summers but I'll prob come out of school dept free).

I hope things get better for youu, i can spare a bit of my good luck for you smile

They do, and I was gonna do it, but my mom said no and said she'd put it on a credit card instead. =S

Aww! Great news!

It's good to go to university or AT LEAST college. A diploma has become such a common thing it's suicide to not get one. It'd be impossible to not get stuck in a dead end job without one.

At least thats how my parents put it.

Speaking of life looking up and stuff, I'm going back for a 5th year at high school... hold your applause xp And my sister, just a few weeks ago, talked my mom into getting a kitten! So now we literally have one of each: A dog, a cat, a bird, a guinea pig, a rabbit, and a hamster.

My mom's such a sucker though, if she wants anything the slightest bit, no matter the consequences, my sister and I can talk her into it. It's what we did for the dog and the bird too. Heheh.

The kitten was a stray, (my sister found it at one of her parties, university changes you, I guess) so when we brought it home, it's belly was protruding. We got it to the vet ASAP and the vet said it had worms.

So the vet gave it this treat (most expensive treat it will ever have, it cost $17) and the kitty ate it, and the vet said "If you see any long stringy white things in his poop, that's normal" I LOL'd at that... luckily we didn't, which meant the worms were in larval stage.

Anyway Kitty is doing fine except for the fact that he stares at the bird day and night.

Wow this post got blown way out of proportion... I should stop now so as to not deter people from reading this wall of text.

P.S. The Kitten's name is Pepper, and he's a boy whee

Well, about that no college = dead end job thing. It's not necessarily true. If you want to do something though it can take more work.

My brother has been wanting to be a cop for a while now, and he's finally going to get to be one soon, but it took doing a lot of security work and stuff. My aunt also didn't go to college but has a good job, and it's an at home job so she doesn't even have to go anywhere but her computer desk.

I has a kitten too~ she's about 6 months old now, her name is Jasmine~

Awe I want a kitty!! I got a hamster for Jake's place but his landlord made us get rid of it...oh well.

I'm typing on my laptop now...so happay =). Isn't nearly as fancy as my bro's laptop but at least it doesnt lag and I don't need it for hardcore gaming or anything anyways.

Post Secondary is definitely the easiest and fastest way to getting a somewhat enjoyable job for the most part. I'm pretty excited about starting...only like 2 weeks now. The only part that upsets me is I'm not gonna be home til 6:30pm on weekdays so I'll miss my little monkey, but at least classes don't start til after 11:10am for me so i have a bit of time to spend with her before classes even start.

I also just found out today that my U-Pass (student ID) counts as an unlimited bus pass! =D so yay for not having to spend $80 a month on transportation! Too bad my U-Pass can't cover the approx $600 a month for daycare.

WOOO WALL O' TEXT!

Bah. There's nothing wrong with having a hamster~ it's not like it can make much of a mess.

Yay for new laptop. I need a new laptop. One day~...
Yeah, I actually don't like the idea of gaming on a laptop. They really can't handle that, even if they're meant to. That's what I believe anyway. ._.;

Yes indeed... I'm excited now, too for college. I actually will have to be waking up around 6 or 7 am to get to my classes. Dunno why I got classes that are so eeearly. but in the end it's a good thing because then my mom or dad can drop me off. Since I don't have a car of my own yet.

Nice :0
But wow, that's a lot for daycare...

Well apperantlyyyy his landlords are "deathly allergic" =
Never heard of a hamster allergy before...and then she tried telling me that if Grace grew up around a hamster she'd develop bad asthma and such...cause apperantly hamsters are just little balls of EVIL! lol whatever, i just felt bad for the little guy when I had to take him back to the petstore after a week in a mansion of a cage with lots of attention. He was gonna be such a good, friendly hamster too, i could just tell.

Ya my bro doesn't think he's ******** up his in any way, but I can't stand using his cause it lags like crazy and kaspersky's ALWAYS popping up saying something's ******** up the system...i just don't get it, he's got a ps3, isn't THAT supposed to be his #1 gaming choice?

And let's be excited for college/university together =D
At least til we get there and the novelty wears off.

Ya, daycare's pretty expensive, but I figure I got off easy getting full subsidy on it for the last year of highschool. Besides, I get enough from OSAP (ontario student assistance program, student loans basically) to cover it so it's not like I have to worry about the immediate struggle to get the money. I'll just have to pay it back when school's done.
PostPosted: Thu Aug 19, 2010 10:21 am

Well, I don't really understand how someone could be DEATHLY allergic either. Maybe like.. could get an irritation if they were around it/touched it. =/
I dunno about the allergy thing for Grace either but, I guess it could make sense... maybe. But wouldn't that make growing up around any pets with fur bad..? Mehh~ I prefer rats over hamsters. Had a bad experience with hamsters, while I had the best rat in the world~

Lol, well his computer souunds like it has problems to me... xD; Mine is alright but it just can't handle much. And I expected to play WoW on it when I first got it. Pfff~ I can't even use Photoshop on it.

Yeah, I think pretty much just the first, maybe second day will be fun and exciting 'cause it's all new, but then we'll start getting homework and need to waste all this money on things for classes, and it won't be exciting anymore.

Ah, well I guess that's not bad. XP

I'm not in school so... I have nothing to add to this conversation.
PostPosted: Thu Aug 19, 2010 5:25 pm

I can definitely live without the hamster, but I still think all that allergy stuff is a load of bull, or all in her head.

Matt's computer does have major probs..but i feel worse for my dad now cause there was a storm today out of nowhere and a powersurge destroyed the computer. kind of ironic that i would JUST get my laptop & get all my documents onto a USB key just in time for the fam computer to get fried.
I expect that my laptop can handle stuff like photoshop cause it is a school computer and if it can handle the programs required for the course then it should be able to handle most other stuff. Even WoW, if I really wanted.

Yupp. Soon as the workload comes in I'll be ready for the 4 years to be over lol.

@ Torri: Hello friend smile How's the babe?

He's doing great. He's 3 1/2 months old today
He's been able to roll onto his tummy for a few weeks and getting pretty good at pulling himself up into sitting position with minimal help.
PostPosted: Fri Aug 20, 2010 6:43 am

Wow that's so good for a 3 1/2 month old! I don't even remember what Grace was doing at that age anymore, I'd have to check her scrapbook or videos or something. Did I mention on fb that he's adorable? I'm such a creep.
