There ya go, we have a map now! Yeah, the city is really tall and skinny. :/ That's what happens when you're constantly building up instead of out.

Wait, what? You totally confused me with the description of the sectors in the initial posts. There, it sounded like all except the platinum, black, and white sectors were sort of inversed.

When you described the sectors, before you provided a map, you said it was from bottom to top until the platinum sector, but you listed blue and green before red and yellow. Now the red and yellow sectors are below blue and green so I am confused. So I thought that red and yellow would be directly below platinum, with blue and green lower.

OH. No.
I couldn't figure out how to show it well, but the four main sectors make a circle. They aren't stacked on top of each other. Red, Blue, Yellow, and Green are all NEXT to each other.

Maybe you should state that somewhere then... I never really got that from anything in the description (but maybe I just took everything too literally and was simply overlooking something).
But that makes sense now.

Interesting topic. So it's basically...
Top - Platinum
Middle - Blue, Green, Red, Yellow
Bottom - Black, White
Is that right?
If that's the case, I think I'm going to reword my post about the hotel being near the border of the Blue sector.
