I love the language and the fashion. Although this probably applies to most countries, from my sensei it sounds like it would be fun to study abroad there 8'D I haven't tried much Japanese food but I generally like all food XD You know just the basic basics like sushi and onigiri haha.

I love the culture, the mythology, the architecture, and all the beautiful feudal art. And their language. Oh the language of fluid and elegant symbols to stand for things much greater than the simple ink they are written in! It's all so magical, and yet peaceful.
But mainly the architecture. Oh the shrines! The carved statues! The lintels with protective spirits! It's just so mystifying!
