 Hey guys! I am still doing the free quickie breedings in my bribe thread but I desperately want Bare Teeth babies. He is by far, I think, my most lovely Kimeti. biggrin Blue is awesome. So I am also opening up Bare Teeth baby potential here! I am offering a free breeding to a doe (or more than one doe? he gets around) who'd make lovely babies OR be an awesome RP partner for Bare Teeth. This will be a Quickie Clutch--non-growing and only three to four babies--although of course if a lifemating sprung up (I dunno if he's the type though) more clutches might be on the horizon! Bare Teeth carries traits from his parents:   And also from his grandparents:   As for his personality, Bare Teeth is pragmatic almost to a fault, and scorns people who think that strength, cunning, or beauty are things to brag about--because you don't earn those; they're just given to you. He thinks very logically and is remarkably predatory for a Kimeti, which has made him an excellent hunter. He believes in total honesty, again to the point of being a fault, and hates deceit, manipulativeness, and politics. Teeth would rather settle things in a fight or a mediated debate than through backstabbing or revenge. This can make him difficult to deal with, but it also means you can trust implicitly everything he says. Sadly, he expects the same level of honesty from those around him--a level that's hard to live up to, especially for good-natured Kimeti who understand the value of a little white lie. Here's Wood Spider for you -- her journal page. She is my most favorite kimeti EVER. She's a little loopy and she collects charms and keepsakes (and believes they have special properties, which they very well might, because some have worked for her!), but beyond that she's honestly pretty practical, honest, and social. She doesn't try to be anything she's not, and she wants only to get through the day with the least trouble and most fun/joy she can. Plus she's got kind of muted coloring that might look good with Bare Teeth. C:

 I have Broken Wing who, I think, would make pretty babies with Bare Teeth. I haven't developed her personality yet. But her daddy, Wicked Mist, is a bad seed. He lurks around in the shadows of night and is the type to eat someone's pet if it's too annoying. That might lend some ideas to RPing. I don't have her personality 100% worked out yet, but I'd love to see how she and Bare Teeth get along, if you'd be interested? What I have worked out so far is actually very similar to Teeth, in that she is also very brutally honest. It is extremely difficult to earn (and keep) her trust, because even a small change in plans can hurt her very deeply. If you say you'll do something, she fully expects you to do it; if you say you'll be somewhere, you'd damn well better be there, and on time; and if you give her a situation that goes, "I can't complete this task until this requirement is fulfilled," then if that requirement never gets filled, she expects you to never complete that task. She is extremely touchy and very unchangeable in her opinion on honesty and trust - the way she sees it, if you can't be trusted to do something simple and insignificant, how can she trust you to do something really important?
With the colours in his throwbacks, her muted purples and greens could really help make some lovely babies, I think. :3

Such a lovely family. Foam Flux wants in on the family genetics. My does are mostly cool-colored and may not be what you are looking for. But adding purple to the gene pool could be pretty

I am thinking Forgotten Feathers and Bare Teeth would make an absolutely ADORABLE pair. RPing them alone would be so much fun. xD You know her, but here are her details. Lashout and him might also make a nice pair, most of my kimeti are considering able if you are looking.

Snailshell would love to RP with him. But, uhh no breedings, Fluo & me are still seeing if Spiral & Vetiver will agree to our plottage.
I sorta counted hunter as a fault, since I'm assuming most Kimeti would be weirded out by someone who eats more meat then plants.

Especially because I think Caress of Breeze is pretty and I also think that Dancing on the Wind was my favourite of this clutch. But more than that I'm excited by her personality and how they might mesh. I think Teeth has despite himself a chivalrous streak and it might be interesting to see what tasks he would complete to earn her trust. Might even have potential to be written story-style with us alternating chapters? IT'S A THOUGHT. I love quest type scenarios. Still eyeing some of these others but this is exciting and definitely just leapt up high on the list. Bright Forest Walker is SO PRETTY... We need to RP her and Slender, but I think Bare Teeth would just offend her. He doesn't mean to be rude but... well, he is xD Slender is all polite and quiet and grave, god I think they'd get along so well. We need to set that up! xD Forgotten Feathers and Bare Teeth would make the sexiest babies EVAR but I am not sure he would know what to think of her... they should RP one day even we decide not to breed them. Personality
She easily floats between being happy and bouncy to being really dark. A little bit deranged, might be the right description. Or perhaps that she doesn't understand what 'love' is. She knows that she has this inane urge to hide and to be where it is darkest, but then she sometimes gets the urge to travel all the way down to the coast and watch the kimeti that live short hard lives go about their day from up on her perch at the edge of a cliff where she can see them, and mostly they do not see her.
She's caught somewhere between being curious and completely uncaring, that is she is always one or the other and never a mix of the two. She has a bad habit of being very blunt when she is not paying attention to what she is saying, but it is never something she feels regret for because she feels that she would rather be hit with the truth than some half-lie, and so why should everyone else receive any less? She's not girly, but she is careful, cautious and she needs to be.
All of this might have something to do with the fact that she is almost completely blind. Almost, in the manner that she can see the contrast between white and black and therefore movement helps her identify what happens around her.
