Use Djinn unleash to seal your Psynergy, unleash more Djinn, summon. What can you do about that?
EDIT: Better yet, Djinn unleash to immobilize you, costing you a turn.

One more thing, Grape: Djinnfest only sets one Djinn on recovery on each party member.
