For the sake of the kid I hope that is not a real tattoo. If it is how did she legally obtain it? As far as I know tattoo artists cannot legally give anyone under a certain age a tattoo. stare

Don't worry, I'm pretty sure its a fake, if you look at the flower, there's a little part that's rubbed off.
There are probably some shady Tattoo places, but I have to believe that not even they would tat a baby. If only for liability issues.

That poor kid is gunna see that 10 years down the road and be VERY angry. I know I would!
Plus, it has diaper rash. Possibly because the mother was too focused on Twilight than on the kid?
