Snowkit yawned as the morning sun rose of the camp. Warming the Nursery. She looked over beside her to see Robinkit fast asleep. Sighing she laid her head down and waited.
Dreameyes padded out of the warriors den and checked the fresh kill pile. Seeing that it was low ment that a hunting patrol would have to go out once all the other cats where awake. He allowed the guarding cats to get some sleep.

Grayshadow was surprisingly one of the first to wake up. In fact, he was already settled in the middle of camp, lying down comfortably with his eyes closed while he attempted an early sunbathing.
Songpaw slowly became conscious inside her nest, opening her blind eyes. The apprentice crawled out of her den and tiredly arched her back in a stretch. Afterward she trotted into the clearing, stopping where Grayshadow was. Closely observing the area, she was able to tell in a moment that there weren't too many cats awake yet. It's only dawn, she thought by the way the air was still crisp with morning frost. Though despite the tiredness that was still clinging to her, she was itching to do something.
"Mornin' Songpaw!" mewed Grayshadow, making the apprentice unexpectedly jump.
"O-Oh! Morning, Grayshadow." she greeted awkwardly, but nonetheless, gave a purr. The elder in return gave a rusty purr himself, but went back to 'sunbathing'.

Dreameyes looked up and smiled. "Songpaw. How would you like to come with Me and Nightsong on a border patrol?" he asked kindly slowly walking to her not wanting to scare her.

Songpaw turned her sightless gaze toward the Deputy, flashing a slight grin at Dreameyes's offer. "Sure, I'd love that!" she exclaimed, turning to the side when Nightsong came out of the Warriors den and let out a small groan.
"My back is hurting a little from yesterday..." he sighed, but shot Songpaw a weak grin. The apprentice was glowing with pride. Yesterday, him and Songpaw had been battle training, and his apprentice hit him hard enough to make him tumble straight into a tree. Her skill was a bit below average, but great for a blind cat. "It's not hurting as much now, though. I'm positive that I'm well enough to go on a border patrol."

Shiningstar padded out of his den into the bright morning sunlight. He watched his clan begin to wake up and he smiled. Shiningstar remembered back to when he had traveled far to find a safe place for his clan to live. He remembered Hazelstar. He was strong and brave and Shiningstar knew that the old leader would be proud of him now to see him here in a happy healthy environment with his new clan.

Nightsong nodded gratefully to Dreameyes. "Alright, thank you." he thanked, briefly dipping his head.
"Good morning Shiningstar!" Songpaw mewed toward the leader as she waited for Dreameyes to head to the territory.

Silverfeather yawned, as she heaved herself out of the Warriors den. Most of the Warriors were already up, and she knew she hadnt been picked for any patrol, because they were already at the entrance waiting to leave. Silverfeather decided that she would go hunting later, so that she could make herself useful for the day, and not just sit around camp all day. Silverfeather walked over to the Fresh-kill pile, and took a small mouse. She walked over to her usual spot, and began eating.

Once Silverfeather was done eating, she was stuck with looking around camp for something to do. Finally she decided to make herself useful, she really didnt care about dignity, all she cared about was her Clan, she walked into the Elders den. "Do you need any fresh moss?" Silverfeather asked.

Songpaw trotted into camp, scenting her way through the cats. Grayshadow was huddled inside his den, trying to stay dry. She paused, somewhat longing of padding over to him and curling up to just chat with the elder.
"Nah, I'm fine, Silverfeather. Just go and find a place to keep out of the rain."
She shook her head, and continued to walk over to the leader. "Shiningstar! I need to talk to you." Songpaw mewed urgently, hoping that he would understand that she wanted to speak with him alone.

Driftcloud sat in the medicine den, trying to make a new, more potent recipe for infected wounds. So far she was having a bit of trouble, what with not having many herbs to do anything with. She wondered where her apprentice was, and whether or not she should ask someone else to fetch some more herbs for her.

Shiningstar padded to the middle of camp up to Silverfeather. "I believe that Scarletpaw and Barkpaw need their final assessments today in fighting and I believe they are ready to show us," she said with an eager look on his face.

Scarletpaw padde dout of the apprentices den with Bumblepaw and Barkpaw. He smiled at Bumblepaw. Scarletpaw knew she had a crush on him and he liked her a lot too. So he decided that tonight after he got his warrior name he would tell her his true feelings about her.

The apprentices' ears twitched in irritation. He must not have heard her! "Shiningstar! May I speak with you?" she asked again, hoping that her tone of voice wasn't too rude.
