Move to Canada folks. Same-sex couples can legally marry up here...and you know...the legal drinking age is lower. Just saying. XD
I seriously want to see her push anti-contraception ideals alongside this 'anti gay marriage' crap. It would add to her overall crazy mentality. Lobbying for lowering marriage ages for heterosexual couples would be a bonus.

Here is how I have seen what Meyer did.
1. The reason why she had shown support for Prop 8 is not because she likes it, but rather as a publicity stunt to the Church of Latter-Day Saints (Mormons) to promote her books. If she gets enough support from the LDS church, then her books will sell there really quickly and even be used in how the LDS teaches values to people.
2. I do support Prop 8. Is supporting Prop 8 immoral? Just asking.

I don't think an author should be condemned for her political views. stare Whether or not Meyer is for or against Prop 8 really shouldn't matter.
I dislike Meyer for her crap-tastic writing. I don't care about her personal beliefs. It's a free country- so people are free to agree or disagree about religious beliefs/ homosexuality and rights to gay marriage.

I don't understand why people are against gay marriage. It's their life. They're not bothering you. It's an invasion of privacy really. Just leave them alone already! They're human beings just like everyone else. Once again, it's not like they're trying to force others to do it to. stressed I support gay marriage, and I'm straight! Hmph!
