There are two sides to every coin. Each side has a diffrent perspective on the world. One side, the human's side, says that the shadows were killing the humans without cause, and all we were doing was stoping them. While the other side the side of the Shadows says, that they were just trying to stay alive, and defend themselves from a human onslaught. After 100 years the humans grew weary of there earthly compaions and sealed them away in another dimension. The gate to that dimension, can only be opened by the outside, 10 years ago (50,000 years after they were sealed away) a five year old boy wanders into the forest finds the gate and sets the Shadows free. After being behind the gate for so long they had forgotten, forgotten why they were sealed, and forgotten our world, and the humans had forgotten that the shadows even exisited, for now the world is peaceful, human's and shadows together in peace. But not everyone is satisfied with their counterparts.

One day a shot rang out.

It's based in a period like our Renaissance.

Shadows: compared to 'Weres' able to transform from a humanoid with slight animal like features, with black eyes, to a half animal beast, or a full animal, beasts can be pasted down threw the genarations, when they are passed down they are often stronger. Shadows often live in tribes of the same type, those who walk/run or Legs, Those who Fly or Skys, and Those who swim or Swimmers but there are a few that cross those lines, under the contol of a conciel of 9 three from each type(live 500-2000 years 1200 on average aging slows down at age 15)

Human: a human, there are 10x as many humans and they have guns so it evens out, the humans are under a monarchy.

Bio & Personality: Aki is usually leveled headed and fair, she has a one track mind though, once its set on something she doesn't easily let it go. Aki is very stubborn and hates to be looked down upon as a person and will stand up for herself and those she cares for. She lives alone with her family, becoming one of the few grays while out hunting one day. Aki has chosen to fight against the humans, her father has told her all her life that they are the reason all the violence is starting. All she wants is for it to end, thinking that if the humans are gone then things will be peaceful.

Aki was walking through the village at her own pace, hearing someone address her she stops and turns her attention to him. "Not to seem rude, but where I come from it is respectful to give your name before asking for another's." She states with a belated smile. "Anyway, my name is Aki Inu what's yours?" Aki asks pleasantly.

"ya sorry about that, My name is Cove Rallis and this is my village nice to meet you" he streached out his hand as if asking for a hand shake

Kayami walks, in white tiger form, next to her best friend. They are walking around in the forests outside a nearby village, exploring their new surroundings.

"Don't worry about it too much about it, very nice to make your acquaintance." Aki states when he extended his hand to shake, which was a new custom to her, she just stared at his hand expecting something to happen. Her eyes drifted up to him a few times back and forth from his hand with a questioning look in her eyes.
