i never figured out one thing about teto. (since we're on the subject of utauloids) she was made as a joke but why was she given a new voice? (and a new look. she has brown hair in some vids rather than her normal pink hair)
She was given a new voice, kind of like an ACT. 2 to make her sound more lifelike, and to fix any voice problems in her original voice.
If you look at UTAU's now, we have ACT. 2 and higher, and also Append versions coming out.
And with her hair, it's up to fans to depict her in their videos. Her looks don't have to stick with her original art. I mean, I could give her bright green hair and change all her pink on her outfit to green. It would still be Teto, underneath.
