Well since yesterday when I found out Salamance was Uber tier. stare I been thinking of a few Pokemon to take his, or my Garchomps place. So It's just 1 Uber in my team. I plan on leaving this to a vote to help me choose, which ever Pokemon you guys help me choose is what I'll be mass breeding and training. =) Once you vote for 1, please tell me why you did. I'd like to know how this 1 could benefit me more than the others if its not a problem. Heres the ones I thought of.
1. Scarf Tyranitar to replace Salamance, since his sandstorm would benefit my Garchomp's evasion and also change the weather condition in case I'm battling one of those weather changing bastards lol. Move set is undecided, but 1 definite move will be Outrage so it stays within my Dragon team.
2. Scarf Rampardos to replace Garchomp. It's mass attack power could basically sweep anything given a good enough attack to do the job. 471 attack in total. I figure scarfing this bad boy, would make him more lethal. Move set is also undecided, but also 1 definite move will be Outrage.
3. Choice Band Tauros(Not final, I may switch item.) I plan on using its amazing speed to the max, and out speeding majority of Pokemon. With the Choice band on, it'll be like having Garchomp in my team again. If I hadnt mentioned it, I'll be replacing Garchomp with this. Move set also undecided, as usual I'll be having Outrage for sure.
This is all I've got as of now. Any suggestions? Post them. =) Please keep in mind, I'm not looking at any guides on how to make my teams, I'm looking at stats and moves while thinking of some sort of tactic, so be easy on me lol 3nodding
*For the Moderators* This thread will only be located in the main lobby temporarily. I have permission from Arc to have it here. So please don't move it around, I'll do it myself once I have enough feedback received. I just asked to have it here so it would be more convenient for our members to click on and critique on my chosen Pokemon.

That's definitely a hard choice Jerz...they're all good pokes
for me, it's a toss up between T-tar and Tauros.
Tauros has the benefit of Intimidate, which helps keep it alive longer.
T-tar's ability has the added effect of increasing it's sp. def by 50% while the sandstorm is active.
Both of them hit like large vehicles, and Tauros has the benefit of not being as slow as T-tar.
Honestly, I think either or would greatly benefit your team.
plus, having two intimidators can ******** s**t up.

Yea, thats mainly why I chose those 2 as part of the selection. xd To be completely Honest, I was leaning more towards Tauros since I barely see it in play anyhow. confused But I'll let the votes and our fellow guild mates give me some suggestions before I make a final decision. biggrin

Go with Tauros, Jerz. XD Although, T-Tar is a good choice too. Talk about a tough choice to make. sweatdrop

Weather changing bastards... that brings a person in mind haha.
Rampardos would be something that I haven't seen in battle. I checked its base attack stat and... well haters gon' hate when they get struck by it loll.
The only downside I see with Tyranitar is that his moves are pretty predictable, especially if it's scarfed (in my personal opinion), but that accursed 50% SP. Def increase is a pain for most people. Plus, Garchomp will benefit from it.
I can easily imagine a Choice Band Tauros with Return. It will hurt a lot. Along with that, it has intimidate.
Like Arc said, they're good choices, but if you're looking for Pkmns who aren't seen in play often, i'd go with either Rampardos or Tauros.

Hehe, you werent the only weather changer I battled last night. xd Tentae whipped out the hail on me!!! scream
Anyhow, thanks for the suggestions. Seems alot of you are leaning towards Tauros with some good feedback. Me likes this. xd Yea, I only threw in T-tar cause of his sandstorm to help out Garchomp. And I know hes pretty strong aswell, so...he'd be a plus for my team. Only problem is, I'd lose Salamance for this, and hes sweeped so many Pokes for me, I'd feel bad losing him. crying

Although T-tar and Rampardos are good additions. I like Tauros. Simply because most people won't expect it. I know if I battled a Dragon Trainer and he/she sent out a Tauros it would mess with my head. Not to mention alot of people underestimate it.

Slaking can have up to 460 ATK given the proper nature, and if that were the case then 299 SPD. A good choice it would be, shame it only attacks every other turn. neutral I think I'd prefer Rampardos to be honest, if I wanted brute strength, atleast Rampardos could attack every turn its alive, rather than attack once then get hit twice before it can respond. 3nodding
Music, care to share why T-Tar would be better for my team?
I personally like all 3 of these, but I'm seeking the better of the 3.

Out of the choices I see.. I say Tyranitar is your best bet.
Moveset: Outrage - Dragon move Rock Slide - Rock Stab - Ice counter Thunderpunch - Water with Ice move counter Fire Punch/Brick Break/Crunch - More coverage
Reason: The Sandstorm helps Garchomp. Changes the weather on opponents, Great attack, 50% Sp Def increase, and it resists and responds to the Dragon's folly. Not to mention it actually resembles a Dragon.
Drawback: Basically breaks the Big 5 Clause. But we don't use it, so it's no big deal. It's OU. 4x weakness to fighting.
Tauros
Moveset: Outrage - Dragon move Stone Edge/Rock Slide - Ice Coverage Zen Headbutt - Fighting types shall fear him Return - Neutral STAB
Reason: An EXCELLENT Pokemon. I would actually prefer to see you use this Pokemon. Uncommonly used. People underestimate it.
Drawback: It doesn't resemble a Dragon..
Feraligatr
Moveset: Outrage/Ice Punch(if bred for Dragon Dance) Rock Slide/Brick Break/Super Power/Crunch/Dragon Dance Rock Slide/Brick Break/Super Power/Crunch/Dragon Dance Waterfall
Reason: Resists Ice and hits pretty hard. Plus it's kinda Dragon-ish.
Drawback: Shares a common weakness with one of your pokemon.
Aggron Ability: Rock Head
Movset: (Surprise) Outrage Head Smash Thunderpunch Rock Polish
Reason: If Aggron can pull off Rock Polish, he can do a pretty nice Sweep. He resists Ice and Fire ;D Plus that Attack combined with no recoil Head Smash is pretty scary. Kinda looks Dragon-y
Drawback: Weak to Water, Fighting, and Ground
Those are the options I've deemed worthy of joining the Dragon force. Rampardos is a good choice too.. but he takes damage from Head Smash. Unlike Aggron.. Anywho I'd go with Tyranitar.
But these are others to take into consideration.

Thanks for the feedback Tentae, I'll definitely put some thinking into these Pokemon. I actually think Aggron would be a better choice than Rampardos now that you say it. 3nodding

Anytime. Other options I considered were Sceptile, Yanmega, and Milotic..
But Sceptile and Yanmega are weak to ice..
and Milotic can resist Ice but doesn't have much to counter it. D: Unless you luck out with Hidden Power..
EDIT: Moved to appropriate Subforum. Didn't want you to feel Sunny's wrath, Jerz ;D

"I'm the flame...ARCANINE!
No, seriously, I saw you suggest Arcanine in the hangout thread. If you want to use Arcanine, great. Go for it. biggrin Arcanine's a great pokemon, and has two great abilities to choose from: Intimidate and Flash Fires.
Plus, access to Roar, Rest, and Sleep Talk makes him a great shuffler. Also, on top of Intimidate, Will-o-wisp does a good job at cutting attack as well as doing steady damage and negating focus sash. Coupled with spikes and stealth rock, if you have another pokemon to set those up, you do some good damage just making your opponent switch out.
One problem with Arcanine, Earthquake hurts him bad. ...I can't be burned."
