What about Sam Fisher, from Rainbow Six, and Batman (Bruce Wayne), from DC Comics?

My thoughts exactly. Batman will probably win the stealth contest.

I love having obscure things to use for stuff such as this.
On topic, Batman is just... stealth embodied.

I'm saying Sam Fisher. I played SC: Conviction (the newest game), and his stealthiness was great, what with the silenced guns and goggles. Plus, he doesn't have a cape that could get stuck in random places, or catch the attention of someone while he's disappearing around the corner.
Now, if I could just stop charging into guards so they see me...

I'm not even gonna discuss Batman right now. I get way too into it, since he's one of my all-time favorites. But yeah, Batman wins.
