If youve seen my posts around, you may notice that I talk a lot about upper reality. So, the question I now pose is, has anyone else gone there?

Absolutely. Lets see...

Have you ever heard the stories of how some people have certain things happen to them in the dream world, only to wake up and see the evidence of such things upon themselves? A ghost that has one by the neck in a dream, for example. And as the person wakes up, they breathe a sigh of relief. But they feel a sharp pain on their neck, and find the grips of the ghosts fingers imprinted where the ghost was strangling them. Such experiences shows that the person directly went into what is known as: Upper Reality.

Unlike the dreamworld, and dreamscape, things that happen in Upper Reality can very easily influence the reality we all live on. Getting slashed in what one thinks is a dream, and finding the cut on their arm in the exact same place, getting kissed and still feeling the tingle hours after awakening. Upper Reality is the realm where one must be careful of all that they do. In fact, you could say that famous horror movie monster Freddy Kreuger lives in Upper Reality, since anything done in the sleeping world happens in the waking. But in such cases, they indirectly call where he lives the dream world. Its not. Dreams cannot hurt you. But going into Upper Reality can.

There are actually many realities and realms that the human waking mind cant grasp, and only the sleeping, subconcious mind can. The realms of fantasy, danger, horror, drama, creatures, and elements, to name a few. Some of these have direct tie ins with Upper Reality, such as being able to see Fae and Angels, even Demons. Those with slight psychic and paranormal sensitivty may find themselves crossing into Upper Reality without knowing it. But those who have trained themselves, able to fully utilitze their senses, can freely travel between all the realms as easily as they walk in the waking world.

I hope that explains a bit of what exactly Upper Reality is. I myself, as I always say, can go through all the realms. I trained myself by first watching and learning how to project my body. It can be rocky at times, but eventually one should be able to do it as naturally as breathing. Even I myself have times where its hard to project if Im not focusing, or if my mind is clouded. But once you have a greater grasp on dreamsending, projecting, and astral surfing, being able to trascend the realms and visit all kinds of creatures becomes that much easier. The Fae, as I happen to know, can do it as well, which is why those with strong sensitivity can see them. They sense them their, after theyve crossed into our realm from their own.

I believe I have been to the upper reality then. Although Cavonia is a place part of the world of Faerie it would be considered part of what you described. I also seem to have alot of nightmares were I end up being possessed, scratched, and mysteriously bruised. These nightmares scare me because they also show me visions of other realms and the one we live in now. That why every night I place a barrier spell around myself to protect myself from any evil. I do have the ability everyonce in awhile to dream jump. It's where I can enter one's dreams. Odd, but it rarely happens. I guess its the price I must pay for being psychic. Anyways interesting topic.

Actually I don't know whether or not if I can project myself, but I do feel the presence of the one I love next to me everynite, although I only seen him in my dreams...could this be someone projecting out towards me?! I don't feel threatened but protected by this someone.

lol...nah I felt this practically my whole life...then again it might've been lol. Who knows right?! Anyways I am psychic, and by reading my cards starting soon I am going to be having a really hard nightmare...that will soon teach me a harsh lesson...I think my cards were trying to tell me I will be jumping into another realm...My question is there realms that deal with evil out there in the Upper Reality?! And how do I deal with it?

Anyways I have another question sorry if this is bothering you, but I take alot of trips to other realms in my sleep and I was wondering if you ever been to a realm that was really white, clean, bright and had crystal orbs floating around it. I didn't feel threatened there, but at ease. Again thanks!

Horrible lately, oh and I have only seen that realm once. The headache in my head doesn't help them either. Somehow I believe my dreams are showing me what is happening to my body. I feel disoriented, painful, tired, and lost. I am not overly stressed, and I don't feel tense. But the realm I visit in my dreams is filled with shadows, remorse, and something I can't even described. It's like my soul is being dragged into it. I try everything to keep my soul attached to my body. It scares me deeply...I may be sensing my death.
