He is a light-hearted man who is always a gentleman. He has good work ethic but will abandon his post if he notices a pretty girl. He has been known as a smooth operater and a lady-killer. But he was a still a man of his morals. He may be a smooth operator but he never would cross the line.
He's a deep thinker, that likes to have a light smoke, from his elongated smoking pipe. When he was in the states he sat on his roof ,of his apartment, pipe in his mouth and staring at the sunrise. Then staying up there all day, philosophizing, writing and drawing, only to end the day with a final view of the sun.
When he was in France He would do the same, except he mostly did it from the comfort of his balcony ((The Kitchen has supplied him with the room))
Bio:
Kami was born in the slums of chicago where his mother raised him by herself. He always tried to be a good kid but where he lived fights were unavoidable so he had to learn to fight. After he graduated he ended up stowing away on a vessel to Eroupe, where he traveled the land and learned to be a great chef. He ended up making a good living as a gourmet cook but that was never enough. He always had a urge to fight. This is what eventually led him to china where he begged and pleaded and was eventually excepted into a martial arts dojo. He spent a few years there training with the sword. Though after so many years had decided it was time to go home. He bid farewell to his master and got a plane that was headed back to the states. This plane never completed it's voyage though, crashing in the ocean about half way to its destination and killing all the passengers including Kami. The next thing he knew he was in rukongai and after spending a few weeks wandering the streets he decided to try for the soul reaper academy. After a lot of hard work and strenuos training he managed to graduate and he is now looking to find his zanpakutou and join a squad.
Trained in Battojutsu, Taijutsu ,Nanbudo ,Hes also not a bad cook or artist. Hes been known to set a canvas up anywhere, even on a training field, He was taught by his Master to be able to resist some pain, like one or two broken ribs, and fractures but anything bigger and he'll feel it.
When he appeared in the rukongai he found that using Reiatsu he could pull things draw off paper, only inanimate objects tho. And he had to have the image in mind,when drawn. The type and strengths of the object must be written on the object on the paper. The stronger/more explosive the object the more it takes to make, the more it 'hurts' to pull off.

When Shikai is released the sword becomes Bagh Nakhs (Tiger claws). It has the ability to open up and swallow any projectile made by an enemy that is made using Spritual, or Reiatsu energy. Then it'll charge it up to 1.5 times its normal power and send it flying back at the opponent, or whoever its sent at.

When Bankai is released a giant emerges from the blades of the Bagh Nakh. This giant has two abilities in edition to retaining his Shikai ability. The first is that it can absorb my reiatsu to increase in size and strength. (It's size ranges from 60 ft to 150 ft tall) Its second ability is that it can create massive fissures in the earth that can eat opponents

~Skills, Techniques, and Kidō~
Master of Taijutsu
One of the CQC techniques he was taught at the Chinese Dojo. It the initial technique taught to the 'new' students. It was used as a base for learning of other techniques.
Master of Nanbudo
Another of the CQC techniques from the Chinese Dojo. Kami took this as his next technique. He was one of the very few students to take the class. It was because of this class that he was inducted as an official member of the Dojo's order, Striking Lotus.
Battōjutsu Master
The Master ,himself, of the Dojo taught him personally. Members of the order were charged with keeping order outside the dojo, the small town that 'protected' the Dojo. All members were 'forced' to learn a type of swordsmanship, Kami chose Battōjutsu and the master was the only person to know it.
Taught some Human anatomy
Kami hung around the medical wing of the Dojo and was taught ,and mostly just watched, the Doctors fix up the broken. Through that he studied the human body and what certain parts did for the body. Also from the continuous Hand to hand combat he has learned where and how to hit certain parts of the body.
His Human anatomy teaching is mostly pressure points and the chest up.
