You are eligible to submit a growth form when you are five points away from the requirements for your stage. You will not grow until the remaining five points are fulfilled. This means you may submit a form to grow from Newbie to Prophet at fifteen points, and from Prophet to Cultist at forty-five.
Growth forms for Cultist to Ascended will be solicited by staff, and not posted publicly.
