Anyone can be your Dealer if they are qualified.
It is not advised to play any games without a qualified Dealer.
It is important that the Dealer's understand the game, but it is also important that the Dealer pays the winning players the correct amount of gold they won.
People who want to become qualified Dealers must send me a private message proving their knowledge of the game and how to pay the players or wait for my Dealer's Quiz to come out.
