Tournament Rules and InfoPortsdale Gym Leader Matt

Just read the rules the Official Pokemon League of Zeni posted here on this bulletin board. I'm sure after reading you'll have a clear understanding of this tournament.
Information:1.) The event will take place from July 18- August 22
2.) The event will include 32 contestants.
3.) The event will be broken into 4 rounds, a special bonus round and the finals. The break up will take place as follows:
-Round 1 from July 19- 26
-Round 2 from January 28- August 3
-Bonus Gym Leader Round August 5- 9
-Round 3 from August 10- 14
-Round 4 from August 16- 18
-Finals from August 20- 21
4.) The first round is a preliminary round. Only contestants who make it to round two are eligible for any prizes. Listings for round one will be posted one July 19th at 12:01 Am.
5.) The event will include the following clauses
Uber Clause/Legendary Clause- No legendary pokemon as well as Wobbuffet and Wynaut can be used
"The Big 5"- The following Pokemon are limited to one per team: Salamence, Dragonite, Tyranitar, Metagross, Garchomp
Sleep Clause- You can only put 1 of your opponent's Pokémon to sleep at a single time. Once that pokemon is awake you can put that pokemon or another pokemon to sleep.
Self-KO Clause- Your Pokémon cannot use moves like Explosion or Self-Destruct to win if it's the only Pokémon remaining on your team. The same applies for Perish Song and Destiny Bond
Evasion Clause- Moves like Double Team and Minimize are banned from being used. Brightpowder may also not be used.
OHKO Clause- Moves like Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill and Sheer Cold are banned from use
Item Clause- Only one of each item is allowed, the only exception is leftovers which is allowed twice.
5.) Entries are due by July 17 at 11:59pm Eastern Time.
6.) Rounds will be announced each starting day of that round at 12:01 Am Eastern Time
6.) Pokecharms Trainer Cards can be found
Here Rules:1.) Contestants must try to set up a time to battle with their opponent
2.) Contestants must create a team of six pokemon.
3.) Contestants must have three pokemon in their team for each battle. No more, no less. These pokemon must be from the six the register. No exceptions.
4.) Contestants must send a listing of their pokemon and Friend Code to
Professor Ed (This is to ensure no cheating)
5.) Contestants must battle their pokemon at preset level 100 single battle
6.) Contestants must battle their opponents within the approved time frames in a 3 on 3 preset Level 100 single battle.
7.) Contestants must meet all of the clauses described above
8.) Contestants are not allowed to change their teams once the tournament begins
