Applications!
Here is where you ask in a very nice and awesome way if you can join the squad. Normally Ash lets anyone in cause she's carefree like that. But if you're rude and mean she won't allow you to join the nice Squad she has around her. Please show respect to her so you'll be able to join the nice squad around you.
Also. Please note. That its first come first serve when it comes to positions. The first person with a completed profile and a good sample will most likely be the one to get the position.

My profile is still unaccepted as im trying to figure out what would be a good bankai for my character.

Baros walked through the streets of the empty city, though he was quite unsure of how or why all the people had disappeared. He stopped for a second feeling faint traces of reiatsu in a few places as he walked past them. He slowly unsheathed his sword as he felt a large burst of reiatsu directly in front of him, as he finished drawing his sword a hollow burst out of the building. Baros paused as he realized how large of a hollow it was compared to most of the others he had fought in the past few days, it had crushed the two story building with the ease of what would have been a breath for him. The hollow looked at him with eyes that seemed to be burning with the brightness of a thousand stars. The hollow raised its hand and swung it towards Baros with a amazing amount of speed and he barely had enough time to dodge out of the way otherwise it would have probably messed him up quite badly. Baros looked around for a way to get around its body and be able to attack it easier, he noticed a small gap in the hollow's defenses but it was about the perfect size for him to fit through and get a good attack off. Baros shifted his sword in his hand changing his stance and leaped towards the hollow....

I like the Rp sample. But why the question mark after the awesome when you gave a reason to join? And that's not really a reason! Anyway. Once your profile is accepted I'll take a look at it and see. Also. When you post please try and post something pretty. Dull posts with no color or anything done to them are boring to read.

haha sorry, when i do start posting with my character though i will have a layout and what not. and the question mark was more or less supposed to be a obvious statement ended in a questioning tone.

Reason as to why you want to join this Awesome Squad: Because I love the 8th Squad, especially when there are characters like Shunsui as captain. I read your office post and realized you're a lot like him, right down to the laziness. I want to get in on that!

Rp Sample:
Masaki's katana glinted in the sun. The bodies of his fallen yet still living comrades looked on, bloody and bruised. They were worried, scared. But he had seen some of that fade away as soon as he arrived on the scene. He even saw a few of them mouth his name. ]The Red Weasel,
He pointed his zanpakuto at the hollow in front of him, the one that had taken down so many of his teammates. It took the appearance of a long masked snaked, with a skull like a T-rex and a rattle on the end if its tail. Masaki smirked. "Looks like I-"
The snake's jaws clamped down in Masaki's shoulder and slammed him into the mountainside! He flinched and stared down at his squad mates, who's eye lost their luster. He also felt the snake smile as it bit him. "I love it when they're stupid," It whispered. "When they bite off more than they can chew!" It accentuated this with a grinding of its teeth. Ouch!
Masaki gripped his katana and placed a hand on the snake's head. "I'm here to kill you, you idiot," He said with a strained chuckle. "Isn't that clear to you?"
The snake tossed its head up and down, throwing Masaki to the ground! He landed with a roll and crouched. The snake scoffed. "If you had, you would have finished me off by now. You're dead and we both know it."
Masaki looked down and smirked. "Maybe," He said, and heard a few of his teammates gasp, losing all hope. He slowly stood up and touched his shoulder, bloodying his hand. "Or maybe I've got style." He looked on at the confused beast's face and gripped the hilt of his zanpakuto, twirling it casually as the pain seemed to not affect him anymore. "Do you know how boring it would have been if I had just sliced you in two? It would have been over and done with. But if I let you bite me and spill some blood around, that's exciting."
He held the katana and wiped some of his blood on the blade. "Pointless? Maybe. But it sure does look cool. It may even get these guys to buy me some saki. And you know spread my name around." He swung his arm back. "Who knows? It may even get me a promotion." He threw his arm forward.
"Show your fangs,"
A slicing blade broke the air. The red in the hollow's eyes died out as his head fell off of his body. Masaki held a handle in his hands that connected to a chain, ending in a sickle that was now stabbed into a tree several yards to his left.
"Itatsi."
He looked around at the faces of his allies and smiled. "The weasel has killed the basilisk. Now, who wants to buy me some Saki?"
