This is the river that runs through Karakura town. The river is quite large, being very wide across. The deepest part is at the center of the river, where it can be up to 6 feet deep. People enjoy coming down to the river and spending time on the banks on each side. The water is also nice and clear.

Kenzo trailed after the other female Espada, Soren, inside the blackness of the Garganta. She had taken the lead to form the pathway that they would walk on, on their way towards the Human World on the other end, hopefully ending up somewhere near the Kitsune Residence. After all he had just told them that he left his Hoshi no Tama in the Human World, he wanted to arrive there and retrieve it before the others could get to it. At the same time neither did she seem aware of her mortality, like the rest of the Arrancars, believing in their invincibility. Well, he would shatter that belief for them, slowly but surely.

Exiting the Garganta above a river, Kenzo nodded at Soren as he himself went to retrieve his own Hoshi no Tama, unaccompanied. As he headed through the Fox’s Den into the Kitsune’s home, he headed towards his room, opened up the correct drawer, and removed his golden, four-starred Hoshi no Tama. Four-starred now, eh? Well, it hardly bothered him. As he prepared to exit back to where Soren was, he debated about smashing Aoi’s Aquarium to spite her, but decided against it, after all it’d just be childish to take out his anger on… fish. Tropical fish dear to Aoi, yes, but fish nonetheless.

Departing from the site, Kenzo returned to where Soren was, simply nodding to signify that he had retrieved his Hoshi no Tama. He wasn’t going to tell her where he kept it, that’d be folly, but his three tails were wrapped around it, looking as if they were just one rather large and fluffy tail. Soren in turn nodded back and as she turned to prepare another Garganta, the teeth opening, Kenzo made his move. He allowed his golden reiatsu to flare out all at once without warning nor build up as he generated the storm clouds for Arashimonsuun, conveniently under them was also a river too. As the storm clouds began to gather while his hostile golden reiatsu alerted Soren that something wasn’t right, Kenzo had already drawn Bakusotenrai and rammed it into the spot on her spinal cord that connected to her neck, then in a deft motion he drew his other dagger and plunged it into the spot where the spinal cord connected with the waist.

“Shokkuse.” Kenzo intoned darkly as he pulled full power into the daggers in the spinal cord of Soren, the addition of the powerful static quickly ruined her nerve endings and rendered her immobile now, crippling her even if she somehow managed to survive this encounter with the Kitsune of Lightning, for here he would show no quarter to one of his declared enemies, a member of the Espada. Not only so, his fully released reiatsu should’ve been a good indication of his full strength, if it went unnoticed than everyone here had died twice already. A nearby Hollow was unfortunate to be completely eradicated by the pressure. Humans in visual range of him would’ve felt a strong oppressing force and the closer they got to him, the heavier the feeling could get until they couldn’t even move.

“Musan Nakago.” Then began Kenzo’s assault on the Espada unfortunate enough to volunteer for such her own death. The blade he had in her back area suddenly cackled to life and blasted through in a powerful blast of lightning, piercing completely through her, blasting upwards towards the gathering storm clouds. The heat of the lightning had cauterized her wounds but also burned her pancreas and a section of her small intestines, rendering them useless. A hole was burnt straight through her, rather close to where her Hollow Hole was. Then Kenzo began to slash his other blade, imbedded in her neck, down her spinal cord as he unleashed the force of Musan Nakago there too. Although it didn’t penetrate as well since it was more spread out, it shattered Soren’s spinal cord, Soren who could no longer react properly from all the electricity screwing up the signals in her body. Then Kenzo gave her a strong upward punch, launching her up into the air. As she no longer had any control over her body parts due to his well-placed opening strikes, he sheathed his bladeless left dagger and raised his hand.

“Kyuden.” A ball of lightning, or more accurately ball lightning, formed in the palm of Kenzo’s hand, cackling to life. His upraised left hand was placed strategically to be able to pass through Soren’s Hollow Hole. Why would he want to do that, wouldn’t that just make the attack miss? That would be the common assumption, but as the Kyuden reached the level where it was within Soren’s Hollow Hole, Kenzo detonated it, despite his hand being there. Soren’s body shielded himself from the majority of the blast, but his hand had gotten somewhat burned in the detonation and was rather raw. That was nothing compared to what had happened to Soren though, Kenzo had just expanded her Hollow Hole to cover nearly her entire midsection, then his right hand launched another powered punch into her back, smashing into her shattered spinal cord and launching her forward, down towards the river below.

Now to add insult to death, Kenzo raised his right hand as the heavens above began to roar with thunder. Moving and then grouping together ten bolts of lightning at once, Kenzo brought his right hand down in a quick, violent motion, leading to the ten bolts smashing straight into the falling Soren’s head, if she wasn’t dead before then she was now. And if she wasn’t now… The impact of Soren hitting the water from such a height and speed would’ve been like jumping off the roof of an office building towards the asphalt below, the water would be as hard as concrete. Then her immobility wouldn’t allow her to move and she would then proceed to drown to death. Soren was a warning, not to those who dared provoke the wrath of the Kitsune but to those who dared provoke the wrath of Kenzo. Now that one of the Espadas, although one who had little interaction with him, was dead, he began to suppress his immense spiritual pressure now. It was very likely that it was detected though, so he maintained his position. Perhaps he would find a means to destroy the Espada and Hueco Mundo, an ally, in the Soul Society they wanted to kill? A giant plume of water erupted from the river below him as waves then crashed against the shore; Soren had hit the water. If they tried to kill him, they would then get to intimately meet her too.

[Exit Soren... Forever]

User ImageIt felt like a very long time while she was running. The tears had disappeared in the wind and the smile had faded. She jumped over fences and even climbed over a house when it was in her way. Naiya had sensed the kitsune before the actually fight or whatever it was happened. So as she ran, she could spot the location of where he was, but the show as well. Looking up as large storm clouds began to form; the hairs on her back began to rise. She knew this scent, but she could not remember the person’s face. It was a blasted trait that she had to not remember those who were part of her family. Maybe it was her separation from them for so long or because, her other half would not let her remember them properly. Jumping from the roof of a building, she went into a position that a sky diver would use when falling. Her arms and legs were spread out and she was heading stomach first for the concrete. Yet she did not land on her stomach, because when she was close enough, she landed on her hands and then back flipped to her legs, where she began to run again.

Naiya wanted to turn into her fox form so much, but she could not. If she did, then the shadows would expand and then there would be no sign of stopping them. The two clumps of hair that usually hang in front of her face were billowing backwards as she ran. There was a driving force that pushed her there. The storm clouds just seemed to darken even more and then Naiya tasted what was similar to death. She stopped in her tracks for a split second to follow the source. She was close enough and turned her head to look at the river that went through this town. Naiya would follow it and then she would find the kitsune. Her eyes looked saddened to their usual excited state. If she tasted death, then there was definitely death. Her soul knew that for so many reasons and it greatly saddened her to think of that that was dying. But it was hunger and also discovery that pushed her to the location of where this kitsune was.

Lightning then shot up into the air when she had stood still. Her eyes followed it and as she looked, a change happened when that burst of light had gone to the clouds. Naiya’s features when light hit her began to disappear and she became completely translucent. These were the features of a ghost and if that lightning had been any closer, she would have disappeared completely and there would be no trace left. That was the price of being made out of shadows, but they would always grow back. Naiya brought a hand to her chest and pressed it against the spot where her heart she have been. There was no heart beat though and she shook her head. ”What a price…” She didn’t get to finish her words as another blast of light caught up and she went translucent again for a second. Naiya decided to collect her thoughts later and began to run again.

It was quicker to get to the location of where the kitsune was, because the light display had nearly alerted so many people already. The large amount of pressure had placed some people on their feets and others were having a hard time walking. Naiya went past those people with ease, like walking through air. Her crystal blue gaze landed on the back of a blonde kitsune. Naiya walked normally down to where he was, but she stayed just a few feet back. He was with someone else, but that person was obviously the one who tasted of death. That scent was not familiar to Naiya, but the charred body covered up most of the strangeness. Looking past the body that had landed near the river, Naiya just looked at the back of the blonde kitsune. He had not finished, so she would not interfere.

Maybe he would discover her there, but her face was lifted towards the sky. The storm clouds let out a thunderous roar and it brought back a memory of that lion. He had roared too when he was angry, correct? A smile came on her face and a hand reached out for Kenzo and she had just tapped him on the shoulder, when suddenly the ten blasts of lightning bolts came into close contact with the person dying. He would have felt her tap, but if he had turned around in that instant to look, there would be no one. When that blast and light had come into close contact, Naiya’s form seemed to just fall and turn into ash. There was nothing of her there; fading into the whiteness she called it. When the lightning bolts had made impact and everything finally turned to its darkened colors, it became very still. That is what happened after a death, stillness just for a moment or two.

In the direction of where the river was a small shadow was formed from the waves suddenly flying into the air. From those shadows, something seemed to grow from them like a new plant growing rapidly. The features were not distinguished as human and when the large shadow had grown, two pure white orbs of light looked at Kenzo. A voice would echo through, but there was no mouth that they were spoken through. ”You should be careful where you aim. You could just destroy me once more.” The white eyes looked away from the lightning kitsune and the shadow seemed to kneel down towards the river. Then the shadows melted away and Naiya was exposed once more, kneeling on the side of the river, one hand outstretched into the water where the body of the person was. The body was floating downstream, but something was floating towards Naiya. With her hand outstretched a small spark of light landed in her hand, which turned her palm translucent. Not being able to fully come into contact with light was sad, but she did not mind it. Cupping the soul in her hands she turned her head ever so slightly to look at Kenzo. ”Bottoms up as they say.” Lifting the soul like a glass, she dedicated this thing to him. Her mouth then outstretched unnaturally and she swallowed the soul whole, not letting the delicious thing go to waste.

It fell silent again as Naiya kneeled against the river bed, because she had nothing to say to the lightning kitsune. Because as she thought about it, he had actually killed her once. A smile came on her lips and she giggled. It was never a fun feeling when your body was turned into ash by light and then you had to re-grow, no, it wasn’t fun at all. Tilting her head to look at Kenzo, she placed her elbow on her knee and then laid her face on her open palm. ”So what have you been up to?” Naiya had no idea what had happened, but it was a funny question to ask under these circumstances. The storm clouds seemed to lie still and her shadowy tails were waving back and forth behind her, but they were also expanding. The shadows seemed to melt into the ground and stretch through the grass, winding into a random path of black. Naiya’s crystal blue eyes looked at him and could tell something was bothering him, but she ignored that. There was a reason why she tried to avoid the kitsune as well, they were just so moody. Placing that smile on her face, she waited for a response of some kind. But what she really wanted to do was play a good game of catch.

A ghost of a touch whispered off of Kenzo’s shoulder nanoseconds before the cluster of lightning bolts found its intended target, that now dead Espada member. As the light flashed, Kenzo quickly turned around, ready to attack whomever it was, but no one was there… Eyes narrowed suspiciously, Kenzo’s gaze danced across the entire area behind him. He didn’t see or feel anything suspicious though, but he was sure that he had been touched, unless he was slipping into insanity, impossible! But… the only thing that should be able to move that fast would be a Kasoku or one of its look-a-likes, but he had felt nothing from it. The darkness from the faded flash cast everything in a gloomy light as silence reigned supreme, perhaps that was also the cause of the thunder. Then, life returned. The birds resumed their chirping as if nothing out of the ordinary had happened and the bustling of life continued.

”You should be careful where you aim. You could just destroy me once more.” An oddly familiar disembodied voice floated out from behind and below Kenzo. His ears twitched and faced backwards, as if centering in on the origin of the speaker, and Kenzo slowly turned to face it. It wasn’t a wary or hostile turn though, yes, he did recognize who it is… Naiya! It had been such a long time since they had seen her! Yeah, it would seem as though the flash of lightning had momentarily extinguished her existence until the darkness returned to the area. A shadowy silhouette with two milky-white orbs stared up at Kenzo. After a few moments of silence, the silhouette looked away from him and turned towards the river. The shadows around her melted away as he kneeled down and stared at the river where a body eventually surfaced and floated downwards.

Something else began to form though, as the body drifted away. A spark of light had floated over towards Naiya, who took it into her hands, turning them translucent in the glow of the soul she had taken. Cupping her hands, she raised them towards Kenzo, as if figuratively offering it to him, dedicating was the word wasn’t it, before she devoured it, her mouth stretching unnaturally to accommodate the entirety of the soul. Finishing her quick meal, courtesy of a certain kitsune of lightning, a few more moments of silence passed between the two reunited Kitsunes until Naiya let out a giggle before she looked up at Kenzo, head titled and resting in her palms.
“So what have you been up to?” Oh if only she knew, it wasn’t necessarily going to be hard to break out the information about the entire Hueco Mundo incident, but it seemed like a lot to throw on a resurfaced acquaintance. There was no helping it though; ignorance is bliss, true, but, having experienced death once, most looked to avoid a reoccurrence.

Kenzo activated his Kasoku as he suddenly blurred into action, lowering from his elevated position in the air down towards where Naiya was. He had shifted in mid-Kasoku to be facing the other direction, kicking up a cloud of sand behind him as he came to an abrupt halt to the left of Naiya, both of his bladeless daggers sheathed. The blades would regenerate so it didn’t worry him and Hand-to-Hand Combat wasn’t something unknown to this old Kitsune. His three tails swayed as one in the breeze, holding his four-starred golden Hoshi no Tama between them. Running his hands through his long hair, Kenzo let out a bit of sigh as he began his explanation to Naiya.

“Nothing fun. Aoi got kidnapped, Uncas got killed during the rescue, Aoi’s brother Kiyen showed up and they’ve gotten the smart idea to help Aoi’s kidnappers and Uncas’ murderer.” Kenzo said, letting out a long pent up sigh. It seemed as though unity had a way of shattering even between tight knit groups. Of course Kenzo himself tended to be in the other regions of the entire group, the loose yarn easily plucked from the sweater. It wouldn’t surprise him if more Kitsunes began to resurface, especially when news of that venture into Hueco Mundo reached their ears. Oh what a one-track mind these Arrancars had too. And after they had caused the fall of Soul Society? A few moments of carnal violence followed by what, then? Who knew, but Kenzo sure didn’t trust them in any regards. Soul Society itself was a problem too, Kenzo was also distrustful of them, they weren’t exactly known for their tolerance, now were they?

“How have you been then, Naiya?” Kenzo asked her in turn as if the entire Hueco Mundo episode wasn’t that significant. Of course, moments later the ground below his feet vibrated lightly, was it a small earthquake? He shook his head in consternation as he went ahead and rewinded his thoughts. He turned his head to face the area where the epicenter of the earthquake would’ve originated, finding himself staring towards Karakura Town. Whatever it was, it wouldn’t bother him. What would be a bit of a bother were the now-remembered Arrancars who were coming to retrieve the newly detected Kitsunes. Still, it had been a long time since he had last seen Naiya, she was stronger than he was, a little chat couldn’t hurt, could it? Of course not. With that thought running through his mind, Kenzo slowly got down onto the sand of the riverbed next to Naiya, stretching his legs out in front of him while leaning back into his two arms held out behind him, glancing at the stormy sky before he looked at the floating body of the former Espada, it would probably begin to disintegrate and return to spirit particles soon. Violence and hatred was momentarily pushed aside though in this moment of peace.

Aries Lebanin,

7th Espada

"Come now, the first act of your death is about to begin!!!"

"Well that's a messy way to get rid of someone who's kindly volunteered to take you back here. I knew something was up with you the moment you decided to go to your emo corner back in Huceo Mundo."

Said another voice, sitting in a tree, looking down at the two Kitsunes. Earlier Aries came out of his Garganta a minute or so after Kenzo and Soren came to this town and came just in time to witness the Sixth Espada's death. His spiritual energy diminished at his will, he waited as another Kitsune, possibly the one he was suppose to bring back to Huceo Mundo so they can plan an assault on Seireitei came and started talking to Kenzo. Then he came out and made his presence known to both of them. He was expecting Kenzo to outright attack him, since after all, Aries was an Espada and Kenzo currently had a vendetta against all of the Espadas. And since Aries was the seventh Espada, it was expected that he would be weaker than the one he just killed. he would have to play his cards right in order to not get killed on his mission.

"Now look, you're pissed Sparky, I can understand that. After all, you had one of your own kidnapped, had your "leader" get killed in front of your eyes, and now the Espada and your "leaders" murderer expects you to heel beside them and assault a common enemy."

Aries said before he got out of the tree and started pacing, looking at the two of them with his sapphire blue eyes. He made no threatening gestures, nothing that would say he was on guard.

"But let me just say, I was as much in the dark as you were. I didn't know one of your own was kidnapped. Hell I didn't even know that there was a planned co-op attack deal between your Leader murderer and us Hollowkind."

Andante von Lobo: The Queens Fraccion & Prince of Hueco Mundo

Andante came out of the Garganta just before it closed and looked at the seventh Espada and just sighed and seemed to looked rather annoyed at him. "Can we just grabbed the Kitsune we need and head back to Hueco Mudno already?" he asked rather rudely of the Espada. "I hate being in the Human world, plus if we stay here to long those damn Shinigami will come..." he stated rather factual in this current situation. He did want to get this done and over with. Plus he hated being away form the Queen. He was rather attached to her and seemed to only be by her side.

Andante after asking the question of the Seventh Espada simply yawned and waited for a reply while floating in a laying position with his hands behind his head. He was letting his sleepy, rude, and lazy side take over again.

"Why do you hate the darkness? You accept darkness, yet choose to live in the light. So why is it that you loathe us who teeter on the edge of nothing;

Anansi casually walked out into the meadow, by the river, with his sword seated in it's sheath which was being held in his left hand. His Captain's coat flowed behind him softly as a gentle breeze flowed though the meadow, as it rippled the grass around him. Looking up he noticed Arrancar. His eyes narrowed in on his target and shifted his stance towards him. "What is your purpose for being here?" Anansi's expression did not change as he lifted his left hand in front of him which held his sheathed sword, and then slammed it into the ground pushing the sheath a good 3 inches into the ground letting it be able to stand up on it's on. "I'll ask you again, what is your purpose for being here?" he said as he took a few steps forward letting his left hand drag behind him and pull on the hilt of his sword removing it from the sheath.

Then suddenly Anansi disappeared for a split second and then reappeared directly in front of Andante with his sword being sent in a horizontal motion aimed at his chest. With a look of content and somewhat happiness across his face.

we, who were turned away by both light and darkness, never given a choice? What other choice might we have had?"

User ImageWaiting for his response her stomach began to growl. It wasn’t that she was still hungry, well maybe she was, but something was coming. It was that feeling of dread and of bad comings that really got her body going. The normal functions that some people go through were either déjà vu, panic or all together distress. Naiya did not feel those symptoms, because she knew whatever that was coming, it meant business. As she watched Kenzo lower to the ground she spotted something familiar within his grasp. His tails were wrapped around his Hoshi no Tama. Naiya could not remember where she had placed her three starred crystal ball, but most likely it would show up eventually. She never kept anything that was personal, just the shadowy clothes on her back and the bone white kitsune mask on her head. Her ears twitched forwards as he listened to his explanation.

”The second kitsune does prove to be troublesome, doesn’t she? This is why I never got involved with any of you. You spoil the fun out of every little event.” It was partly true, because when Naiya ever encountered any kitsune, it always dealt with something that was with business. Shadows weren’t meant to be trusted in the first place, which set her different from the litter. They represented pure and true elements; even death itself was an element. Shadows were constricted upon different and numerous elements. There was nothing pure about it. Naiya could see in her own reflection the darkness that made up her body. The display that had just happened in front of Kenzo was common when shadows were not allowed to pass into the light. Naiya did not have a real body in itself, it was focused on shadows and there was nothing solid. She wasn’t a real person, but the host of an element. Her eyes drifted down the river some more as she followed the body downstream. Death was an element and she had heard about the kitsune who worked with such an element. Naiya did not know the person, but even so she was close to the element. The numerous souls she had eaten in her lives were not allowed to part in death, she was the constrictor of such a thing. She continued their torment and did not allow them to live or die. Truly shadows were different than the rest. But it was also hard to comprehend her, because how could such a sweet face, control such an evil thing? Naiya did not question that, because of the fact that, she herself was no longer an angel.

When he sat down next to her, she tilted her head and just looked at him. It had been some time since she had seen any of them. Even if she tried to avoid them as much as possible, it was nice to see at least someone who was similar to her. He was getting comfortable and why not? Even if her gut was telling her bad things were about to happen, it didn’t mean these moments of peace couldn’t be wasted. A small smile came on her lips and she looked out at the river, seeing past that. Night or whatever time of day that was coming would strengthen her. The shadows were stronger and she wasn’t the same either. Yet she starred at the sun. Its rays weren’t as strong as they would have been in brighter light and nothing happened to her. These were some of the strange things about Naiya. She could become completely translucent in one light and then look completely fine in another. A smile crept up on her face and she began to hum a gentle tune. It was something that she had heard from years ago, back when she was just beginning to adjust to this new life of hers. Closing her eyes she began to concentrate only on the song that was in her head. But that gut feeling grew stronger and then they appeared.

The first one to arrive didn’t seem to be that interesting, yet he did know Kenzo. She was still humming to herself, but she was still paying attention to what he said. The kidnapping seemed to have affected much more than just the kitsune. These people who had come here were of course a different species, but Naiya had not heard about them until now. She did feel like at times she knew everything, but it was no longer true. Things were changing and now she was getting involved. Still humming she did not pay attention to the new guy that entered the same way as the other. He talked about grabbing the kitsune? Did he mean Kenzo. Well it didn’t seem to fit that much since he had just arrived here. Naiya was still just sitting there on the ground, her eyes closed and humming to herself. It seemed rather peaceful, but she knew the threat that she was being faced with. They intended to take her or rather kidnap her. Yet they didn’t really make an attempt at first.

As she was humming a smile came on her face again and she opened her eyes slightly. Yes, the sun was going to disappear in some hours now. The late afternoon did provide a nice setting. When she was about to address them another figure then arrived. She knew that scent then the others. He was one of those people, well she couldn’t remember, but she wasn’t sure about him either. It seemed like a party was forming and it seemed that people were facing other people. Crystal blue eyes starred at the water and then she slowly rose from her spot. Gracefully she seemed to stand, the flowing robe that was on her just slightly shifted. Naiya was beautiful if someone did give her a second look, but she was never interested in love. Two bushy tails came from behind and she stood there in a proud stance. If this is what the shadows wished, then she would be here to see the task through.

”If you plan of kidnapping someone, you really shouldn’t talk about it. The perfect situation in using your skills is to come from behind and proceed from there. Chitter and chatter is rather useless in this kind of situation. For you see, you also brought with you some distractions. Now I don’t know how to play this out, but did your leader say to take her by force or did she say that she would willingly come? Because I would like to know the extent of how much fun I can have.” Underneath her long sleeves her painted blue nails seemed to grow sharper and a fozy appearance showed on her face. Naiya didn’t truly like being human after all; she would rather be the beast that slept in slumber inside of her. Yet there were only those willing enough to bring her out. A secret that had no lock and a key. She truly was a strange being.

When rin was levitated in the air she started panicking again, granted the pain was a lot less thanks to the thinned out air, and because of use of fire she could breath just fine. When the guy started running and the river came in to view Rin started to relax a little. The pain and dulled alittle not it was more like a thousand needles instead of a sun inside her.

The red head had been able to gain some semblance of normalcy back and she started to take deep breaths, trying to ease out of the panic attack. This also helped the fire dull, no more extreme panicking meant that she was starting to calm down a bit. Only other spirit people could see the fire as it lept of her skin, the fire itself had started to slow so that the flares only appeared on her arms and legs. However her body was still about the temperature of the planets core.

Kai arrived at the river not too long after she had felt the two large source of spiritual pressures arrive and then one disappear. As she arrived, she surveyed the situation. It seemed that the lightning Kitsune was back and had killed an Espada. Kai wasn’t sure which Espada he had killed but… either way, one was gone. Kai lowered her own spiritual pressure and hid behind a tree a little ways away from the river where the others where. Another Kitsune showed up, one that Kai had not seen before. She had a large spiritual pressure as well and Kai wondered what rank she was. It seemed like there was also a Captain, two Espada and a human on the scene.

This was great. Just great. The Kitsune were probably on the same side as the Espada. The human would be of no use and the Captain… Well he wouldn't be of much help to the Vizard. All Shinigami were useless to the Vizard. They would be of absolutely no help. But that was fine; the Vizard didn't need help from the Shinigami. They could do things on their own. The Captain was out in the middle of the others, asking what was going on, why there were here. The Kitsune were talking amongst themselves before the Espada came along. The human looked like she was trying to calm down, and her body looked like it was heating up. Did she have some sort of elemental control?

((Misha won't be back for some time, and I cannot get in contact with her, so I am officially taking control of her character.

"hmm....we're lucky we got here so fast" Kaze said as he made an abrupt stop beside the river. Carrying a person with his wind abilities was easy, but it did require concentration, making it harder for him to concentrate his energy to his feet, allowing him to move faster. As a result he had to hove it here without aid."Anyways here we go then" Kaze said as he lowered the red-head into the water. He felt satisfied helping out another human being, this was his job after all. Slaying demons in order to keep the peace in some minuscule way.

Prior to their arrival at the river Kaze picked up on several strange energy signatures. "More users?" He thought of a second. Given that he had already met two people able to harness their spiritual energy, it would not surprise him in the least if there was at least one or two more people with said abilities. However, the energy he sensed was more or less like that of a demon. He prepared for the worst, he kept his hand on the hilt of his sword and looked around, keeping his head down and his energy low, but still keeping an eye on the red head to make sure she was okay, and unharmed. He saw several people, all having weird spiritual energy. Two of them were talking amounts themselves, both of them had ears and a tail,"demons maybe? Probably, but none of which I've ever seen" Kaze thought to himself pondering. The next two their energies definitely having resemblance to the demons Kaze had been trained to encounter, "could these be the humanoid demons Lilita asked me about?" he thought, now things were seeming dangerous and as a result Kaze had slightly unsheathed his blade it's energy becoming more apparent but hopefully not blowing his cover. The final one seemed less hostile, as compared to the other four he had analyzed earlier, but he still tried to remain hidden from his as well. He felt some other sort of energy, but couldn't pin-point it's location, he thought it was nothing, and thus dismissed it as paranoia.

"I guess that makes me the loser...."

☽ ☾ Lilita followed them both to the river. She didn't really know what she could do to help. This was rather strange to her. And at the same time, she rather liked that. It was probably better than being stuck at home all the time with tutors and work. Things that Lilita didn't give a rats a** about. Still, she also wondered what else she, herself can do. A few times awhile ago, people thought she had a good chance of getting things right. Which was weird.

Lilita shook her head and tried to get back to the real world. And she felt around her. Feeling many different things around her. And unbeknown to her, her spiritual pressure rose while her emotions escalated. Lilita knelt down next to the red head. "What can I do to help?" She asked her. She had a feeling that the girl was burned, even though she couldn't see her in the water. She looked at Kaze then back at the girl. Biting her lip. Finally she decided to do it. She placed her hands on the girl's arms and closed her eyes concentrating, trying to figure out how she had managed to heal her wound earlier. Glowing light erupted from Lilita's hands and went onto the red girl's arms. Slowing but efficiently healing her wounds. Doing so, tired Lilita quickly. But she kept going. She managed to get at a good angle to put her hands on the girl's legs. Concentrating again, her hands glowed and then began to heal the red head's legs as well. Once she was done, the burns were gone.

Once done, Lilita moved back and fell over onto her butt. Her energy was almost out. Which rather sucked. Things were weird. And Lilita's vision got a bit hazy. She wasn't used to using energy the way she used it today. A spark went into her eyes and from somewhere lightning crashed down onto Lilita. Screaming, Lilita shot up and moved away. Looking down at herself, and noticing that she wasn't even harmed whatsoever. Which rather bothered her. And she looked up at the sky and noticed that there were no thunder storm clouds in the sky. Which was also a little weird. But at the same time, she felt a bit better. Like that lightning made her energy come back. Yet again weird. But today, things were getting really weird and there was nothing she could so about it.

Aries Lebanin,

7th Espada

"Come now, the first act of your death is about to begin!!!"

"Patience Prince, we will leave in time."

Aries said even as a party began to form around them. Several humans, the two kitsune, a Vizard, and a Shinigami Captain who has turned his sights on the Prince. Though the captain was fast, he most likely was not focused on the person who was more of a threat to him: Aries. As the captains sword was intending to slice across Andante's chest, Aries appeared in front of the Captain, batted aside the captain's sword arm and thrusted his foot out in a kick, hopefully if it hit, it would hit with enough force to throw the shinigami 10-20 feet away.

"Can you not interrupt while we are negotiating? That is such bad form."

Aries said, turning his gaze back to the Kitsune they were asked to bring to Huceo Mundo. She spoke to both of them about not talking about kidnapping and stuff, but not only was Aries listening to her, he was also noticing her stunning beauty. But he didn't let his more lustful personality take over considering he had to defend himself against a captain.

"Depends. Judging by the two tails you are showing, you must be the Kitsune me and my cohort were looking for. I was seriously hoping you would come with us quietly. After all, the rest of your kind is in Huceo Mundo, speaking with our Queen. She can fill you in on the details. Will you come quietly? Or do I have to use force?"

Steam floated off her body as she was lowered in to the water. he pain was starting to fade away slowly as her body started to cool down, the Burns were still painful but she felt hands on her and then the burns were gone. She looked at the purple haired girl "Thanks" She said looking at her with a tilt of her head. Suddenly she noticed the huge amounts of aura's around. She turned around to look at the people there. Other humans walked by not noticing a thing. "Holy hell." She muttered. She had never seen this many aura's in one place.

Somewhere along the line Kenzo’s kitsune had retreated and his regular self had regained dominance. Of course it wasn’t as obvious as that, it just seemed like a sudden transition between bloodthirstiness and ruthlessness into a lazy calmness. Even the clouds, which he had held in thralldom, had dissipated in his neglect and the sun’s rays once again shown through, illuminating the previously gloomy area. Kenzo nearly snorted as Naiya began to talk about how troublesome the Second Kitsune, that would be Aoi, the deceptive damsel in distress, was. Well, he supposed that was one way to describe the Downfall of the Kitsunes. Kenzo simply didn’t trust her anymore; that was all there was to it. After all, everyone was guilty until proven innocent in a state of conflict and cycle of hatred. Naiya went ahead to make a comment about spoiling the fun and Kenzo did snort this time. Perhaps the others had a ball of a time but rarely could the same be said for Kenzo. Perhaps it was just how he was.

As he lay in the sand around him, he began to detect the presence of other reiatsus. There was another familiar Kitsune out there somehow, he could just feel the presence too, a combination of a Hollow mixed with a Shinigami and another reiatsu he had felt many times while in Karakura during his many shopping runs was also present at the scene of that, although their reiatsu was a lot more subtler than the other two. He didn’t know what was happening over there, nor was he inclined to find out. Besides, it wasn’t as if he didn’t have his share of ‘strange’ reiatsus. After all, what could possibly be stranger than these Arrancars anyways? Especially that fellow in that tree yonder… Wait.

Did he just call… If anything, it seemed that Kenzo and nicknames was analogous to ocean and water, too damn many. While they didn’t exactly bother Kenzo too badly, it wasn’t like he went out of his way to fish for them, it was a pain sometimes, but this Espada fellow sure was lucky Kenzo just couldn’t be damned to assault him. If anything though, he was prepared, maybe even expecting, an attack from him. The Sexta Espada was caught off guard and frozen by Kenzo’s sudden reiatsu spike before he unleashed the Lightning Kitsune’s strength of an incredible amount of damaging attacks in such short term. The other problem was Naiya, she would disintegrate during his strong attacks. Which wouldn’t exactly allow her to participate in them, but it sure would be convenient if they tried to grab her for Kenzo to cause her body to lose its form. That is, if Naiya couldn’t do that on her own accord. He wasn’t sure, but time would tell.

Another Arrancar, not an Espada but the servant directly under the Queen of Hueco Mundo, what were they called, Fraccion? Probably, who knew. This one sure seemed very clingy to the Queen though, Kenzo wondered how many minutes he would have to keep this Arrancar away from his beloved Queen before he spontaneously combusted. Interesting theory, maybe he should test it sometime! Oh? Hmmph. Kenzo snorted again, this other Espada, the presumedly new Sexta seemed to be a fine diplomat, perhaps sending him would’ve been a better idea in the beginning. On the other hand he was also clearly clueless about Kenzo too. Perhaps he really did think that the fact that he didn’t know about the pact made by the usurper and the Queen made him a shining paradigm of innocence and righteousness. Or perhaps he really believed that Kenzo had anything against Shinigamis, a group he hadn’t came into contact with since forever?

“A common enemy you say? To be honest these Shinigamis rank higher in my approval than you do, dear Espada. I’m sure they’re etiquette is much better than that of your kind and know the intricacies of a proper tea ceremony front and back.” Kenzo said, only half mockingly. Tea ceremonies were long and boring, yes, but he had grown up with them anyways. Looking back at it with nostalgia was much like the way alumni would fondly look back to their high school years. Who knew though, perhaps these ‘Shinigamis’ could actually be of aid to Kenzo’s cause in eliminating the Arrancars and Las Noches itself. And speak of the devil the damned thing popped out of nowhere, why was everyone popping out of nowhere anyways. This supposed Shinigami, wearing a white haori, slammed his Zanpaku-to around a few times, asking the Arrancars why they were here before going up and threatened the Fraccion, in turn getting a kick launched at him by the other Espada.

Naiya herself then began to enter the conversation, mentioning the stupidity of the Arrancars deciding to talk and how they were ordered to take her. And while this was all interesting Kenzo didn’t want to fight, he wanted to see how reliable that Shinigami, and the rest of them, would be if he decided to contact them. And he was just a bit lazy, but it probably wouldn’t be a good idea to laze around while a battle went on around him. Letting out a mushroom shaped sigh, Kenzo raised himself up and took out his twin Bakusotenrai daggers, sparkling with electricity, coming into contact with them would lead to a shock, especially if it came through contact with a weapon or water. The clouds had gathered again, and so had various other reiatsu sources, only one of them posed an actual threat, and not a small one either, while the other three seemed nearly inconsequential. Well, it was no matter. With static filled blades, Kenzo waited for something interesting to happen.

Our faith has gone, our souls are crying
Resurrecting paradise, cry for freedom
Killing pain, a million lies,
Dethrone tyranny.”
