zoje sat down into the leather armchari residing behind her desk. She flipped open her sketchpad. All of the drawings in were of dragons. Her mind floated back to what Kiron had tolf her lay hidden in the castle. Why was she given this responsibilty? Why couldnt he have given the task to someone else? Volrath was just as capable as she was. She cursed loudly at the wall and threw her sketchpad at the door. It landed with a loud thump on the hard wooden floor.

Volrath enter and heads to the desk stoping long enough to pick up the sketchpad and put it on the desk beside the open book. " this page says nothing about your story headmaster, it's only a few old children's riddles. the answers are a secret, the letter T, a cloud, and Tommorrow."

I never actually knew for sure until you let me see the book. i suspected after i got into the restricted section of the library one night as a student and the old headmaster got really angry and took that book, and the journals that i had discovered. I don't know what happened to the journals, but they were ancient and i didn't have enough time to translate more than a couple sentances. that little bit gave me the idea, and i spent many nights searching the school for clues, but never found anything.

"that poses a bit of a problem. for starters, being well extint so to speak do you have any idea how to care for it? secondly, where are we gonna keep it hidden? and then there's only a matter of time before it grows large enough that we won't be able to contain / control it."

"i spent quite a bit of time hunting around those catacombs as a student, we'll have to seal off several places or risk our students wandering into the dragon."

"my thoughts exactly. I suspect the Heido has already been exploring the catacombs, and i'd really hate to lose my top student.
On a different subject, i've been going over all the maps of the campus looking for anything pertaining to my dorm (the old watch tower). i'm looking for any points of weakness. i have something that another proffessor will be bringing me, and I need to make absolutely surethat none but me can get to it. it is a matter of utmost importance that as few people know about it as possible. I've taken more security measures on that tower than there are trees on campus, but i still don't fell like the contents of my vault are safe enough from the specific person trying to get them."
