I can ^^ It's about a Boy named Tsuna who is supposed to be the tenth generation Mafia Leader of the top Mafia family the Vongola. But he doesn't want to so the first part of the ainme is him getting ready. here is a better explanation- Reborn Wiki

it is not to hard, i simplified things in the guild and even have topics in teh main forum explaining Box Weapon and Dying Will Flames ^^

The Box Weapons are what go with your rings in some way. They hold special weapons, animals, items, and equipment that improves one status and skills. But they can be defeated like everything else. Box Weapons work by using your Dying Will Flame and putting it into the hole/ opening of the Box weapon so it can feed, than you give the command of the Box Weapon and your special weapon, animal, or what ever comes out for you to use
Mafia Rings, they are rings that manifest your Dying Will Flame for you to use on Weapons, Box Weapons, and enchant attacks. Each flame works for only the same type of Box Weapon, except for the Sky Flame, the Sky Flame can open any Box Weapon, but only at half of it's original power.
The Rings themselves have meaning, if you are not a Guardian then you will just have a Storm Ring or Rain Ring. The actual Family Rings are what the guardians use to show there bond and connection to their boss and the power that they guardians have are usually more that elite or regular members

The actual Family Rings are what the guardians use to show there bond and connection to their boss and the power that they guardians have are usually more that elite or regular members [Note: Usually stronger] ok, so what your saying is that dieing will can be channeled into a box to create a set weapon for that box. and that the sequence like said on the front page has to line up right like rain ring rain fire rain box. unless oyu have the sky flame in which you don't have to use a sequence but your power is halved. and the rings are nothing more than the catalyst that you use to make up your attacks... hmmm... kinda easy to grasp when put like that... but I'll reference the anime when I learn about these * thinks the anime is pretty good so far, especially gokudera-kun* ok, I think that sums it up, I'll try on a profile, check it and see if it is ok ^.^

The special bow is in the Box Weapon, you use the Dying Will Flame to open the box, so you can than use it ^^

but again that is the Box Weapon, you also have a regular weapon you use in battle regularly ^^
