Hey gang there's a new EI in the shop called the Mana Seed and if you read the announcement it's going to be evolving very fast until next Friday. Then they'll pull the first gen and put a fully evolved second gen in the shop. While they're trying out something new with EIs here it makes people wonder one very important thing here, is it related to casimir trees. So your thoughts on the new EI. Do you think it's related to casimir trees? Think Gaia had this planned all along? Since it's pretty much said this isn't a Fayran Pickpocket EI (her real name is all over the illustration though) who do you think could be behind this rapid EI? Discuss the Mana Seed.

I wouldn't be surprised at all if it's one of those EIs that many artist do. A group project if you will.
Also I believe it is based off the Casimir tree idea and totally planned way ahead.
I bet you they're laughing at us right now. LAUGHING!!

It's so awesome, I was bad and browsing Gaia on my phone at work. I saw the announcement and sent a text to my boyfriend asking him to log on and buy me a couple.
I was wondering the same thing about the connection to casimir trees. The whole bond thing made me think that someone has been spying on us. I can't wait to see where this item goes.

I like how we have 9 Days to wait and then 2nd Gen comes in. biggrin 9 days = 9 poses = every gen will have 9 poses. xd

 Maybe casimir trees do grow from mana seeds. If the trees are magical, so are the seeds. And maybe this is how they all look without an owner.

It would be pretty cool if the Casimir trees became individualized by feeding off their owner's mana/aura.

It'd be pretty silly if they were pregrown like that... (In Ung's GCD thread about casimir trees, at the very bottom is my WMG about why casimir trees are all different; check it if you're curious).

I like your theory that it also depends on the ship they're grown in. I wonder how the Sentinel/Overseer bathtub ship tree would've turned out. xD Porcelain?

I beginning to think this EI is a tribute to Secret of Mana. It just has that vibe. Now, how does that tie in with casimir trees?
