So I was wondering what y'all thought of trying to get together another meet-up, possibly to see "The Last Airbender" (or even another movie)?
The Last Airbender starts on July 2nd but we don't necessarily have to go than (it'll probably be fairly busy for a week or so anyway), and could go sometime thereafter. We can decide on a date, time and theater as we've still got about a month until the movie begins. Or even decide if a different movie would rather be seen.
Anyhow, it's just an idea. Thought I'd ask and see if anyone else would be up to it. smile

hmm sounds interesting to me! I'd be TOTALLY up for a movie meet-up!! Not sure about Avatar, I wouldn't mind seeing it but I also don't know what else is playing o.O; I don't keep tabs on stuff like that, but I love the idea ^^ just the when and such. I'm all busy this weekend but after this next Tuesday I won't be busy at all

Definitely not this weekend, and probably not the next. I figure there should be at least two weeks to plan the thing.
And yeah, I don't know what else is playing, I just know of The Last Airbender. There might be something else, though.
But I don't do horror movies or comedies that rely on potty humor and shout the F-word in every sentence. >>;;

yea I donno. Depends on what theater we could go to. I don't really know anything about theaters in Portland, although I do know about the Lloyd Center having a theater inside and that one outside or something O.o

Yup, there are those two. There a few scattered around that I know of, and a big fancy one some place I can't remember (Cinetopia, couches, foot rests, restaurant and everything).
I guess it depends on where everyone wants to go, or if anyone does want to go to begin with.

Sounds like an awesome idea. I'd be good for seeing several movies that are out right now, as well as I really want to see Avatar in 3D too! A good way to check what theaters there are and where they are and what they're showing is fandango.com, you can put in zipcodes to search and all kinds of stuff.

Weekends are best for me at this point. The Last Airbender, sounds like an awsome movie, perhaps the IMAX at OMSI? If it will be playing there............
