This is the area around the Village hidden in the mist. It is located on all of the Islands, and contains some of the worlds most wanted non ninja criminals. This area is great for training, and perfect for practicing jutsu on humans. They use this area now to conduct their genin exams, anyone who brings back the head of a c or better ranked non ninja criminal passes and is permitted to become a genin. there is a time limit and anyone who didn't make the time limit must wait until the next genin exams a year later to get off the island, or make their wy to the main island themselves.
